I'd like to point out that there were infarct TWO women in this case, yet only one boob was touched. If groping was intentional, then wouldn't both women have been equally touched?

Therefore, we can conclude that one women must have had much smaller boobs than the other, and the resulting incident was a case of big boobage; not intent.

That's what matters, legally. He could very well have groped them; it's just as possible the contact was incidental. What the investigator described does happen, I've done it before on accident and apologized immediately. Thankfully, I've never caught a molestation charge from it (probably helps that I've never done this with random strangers).

That's like a woman going "Well you shouldn't have a big penis, then when I grind on you, I wouldn't feel it", when the issue is that he didn't want her grinding on him in the first place. You touching her breast by accident doesn't really count when you drunkingly put your arm around her without her wanting you to. Whether or not you meant to grope the boob doesn't matter, you still put your arms around her inappropriately.

Well, I suppose that it's possible... But, really? I think there would have to be some video evidence that made it entirely clear that intend to touch the woman's breasts, didn't grope her, and maybe wasn't aware that he was touching her breasts. And that is really a lot to get from a video.

But it sounds like there wasn't enough evidence or witnesses, so it boils down to he said, she said, at least if I'm reading everything right.
