T-Mobile's shittiness has gotten out of control.

Haven't had too many problems with T-Mobile to be honest. I have a basic Moto fliptop and the service is usually pretty good. CS has been easy to deal with too, not too many problems.

a buddy of mine got straight DISSED by a chick when he pulled out his sidekick.

she was like "how old are you?"

:lol

Seriously. The sidekick isn't a "hip" phone, it's the "high school" phone.

I honestly have never met anyone in person that uses T-Mobile or Sprint. I have no idea how those companies manage to afford all the commercials I see for them.

I switched from T-Mobile to Sprint. Is your mind blown yet?

I switched from T-Mobile to Sprint and then went back to T-Mobile. The customer service horror stories are ALL TRUE.

Yeah other charges are you taxes and fees and stuff (they are itemized just not on the first page). It probably varies cause you don't pay your bill on time. :lol

Tmobile does suck though get an adult cell phone provider.

Same. I always get my questions answered quickly and simple.

same here, i love how you get to talk to a real person so quick...

comcast on the other hand.. don't get me started

I had sprint for 3 years then just switched recently to T-Mobile and absolutely hate them. They have overcharged me by 100 bucks twice when I paid my bill over the phone. Then when I called to have it changed they refunded the entire amount and turned my phone off because I hadn't paid my bill. They hang up in your face when you call with a problem sometimes.

Sometimes I have to call a number 5 to 6 times before it finally goes through. I miss calls all the time from people.

I'm opting out of this shit service and going back to sprint. I liked my treo so I'm getting the Palm Pre.

Also almost every person I ever met in the music industry used a sidekick at one point. They either had a Blackberry a SideKick or a Treo. Now most of the sidekick users have left it for an Iphone. But for a good 3 year stretch sidekicks were the norm. Tmobile sends them to alot of producers and artist for free.

i dunno how bad sprint customer service is, mainly because i called them twice in the past year and a half.
i called to activate my phone, and called them again when my second $25 credit didn't show up on my bill after a few months (when i signed up, part of the deal was $50 credit towards my bill in 2 monthly $25 increments), and both times, everything went smooth.

i know!

i mean i guess their server side AIM stuff is cooler than running an AIM app on another phone OS...

I just switched to T Mobile from Metro PCS, and I'm liking it just fine. I got the Samsung Gravity which is one of those sliding QWERTY phones. It's pretty nice as well.
