You get to bring only one species back to life

Pick only one

I pick bigass crow cause it'd be cool to watch something that big that's alive in the sky

So dinosaur or big ass bird? Dinosaur for sure. wtf would I want a big bird around for? Know what just find a real crow and get your face really close to it. Makes it feel even bigger than the one in the pic.

If that big bird could fly, then I'd go with that.*

*As long as it lived nowhere near me. I don't want to deal with cleaning that birdshit off my car.

My car, which was sitting peacefully alone in a big ass open parking lot, was viciously attacked by a flock of crows thinking it would be funny to have a giant shit orgy on someone's property last night.

Fuck birds...T. Rex.

Well, when you see the bigass crow in the sky, it will look like a normal crow that's a bit closer.

Surprisingly tough question. We already have some pretty viscoius land animals (lions, gorillas), so I'll still go with bigass crow.

Haast's eagle.

Native populations had myth's/stories of them carrying away babies and small children, and there is no reason to think that didn't actually happen.

I'd love to see a real TRex. Crow looks like a crow. Just bigger. Wtf? That would be scary as hell to see in real life :p.

Still, i wanna see a real TRex.

Well, riding a T-Rex to work would certainly be badass, but flying is cool too.

I'd have to go with the Rex. Parking would be a major issue though.

Isn't the fact that birds of birds aren't capable of flying off with much more than, like, a quarter to a third of their weight a strong argument against that? The same stories exist about golden eagles, and they are similarly incapable of flying with babies, let alone young children. Even the largest estimates for Haast's eagles doesn't have them being large enough to do much more than snatching a newborn.

The crow seems much less likely to kill me, so crow. Plus a crow that size could haul even big roadkill like deer away providing a valuable service to the community.

We might be able to do that, they went extinct pretty damn recently, I think we have DNA samples from it.

We should also bring back moa for extreme bird on bird action.
