No, Teamkill Media is an American studio. I'm from the UK and not affiliated in the slightest nor defending it. Just trying to figure out why the people getting riled up and pushing this engagement are the ones who shout out "engagement farming" when they could just not engage at all. For those asking us about a PC version of Code Violet… the reason we are not bringing it to PC is we do not want anyone modding vulgar versions of the main character as well as other characters in the game.

We hold our voice actresses and actors with high regard, as well as our artistic vision for the game and story and reject any form of destroying that with sexual mods.

Making a joke out of our art and possibly tarnishing the reputation of our voice actresses and actors is not worth the extra money we can make.

Hats off to whoever is in charge of marketing for this game. They've done a good job putting this janky asset flip looking game on the map with the constant social media drama.
Best no budget marketing since that Bluebox Kojima game

That's .. a really good point.

No one would have talked about Quantum Error if it wasn't for the developers stoking fanboys over twitter around that game's time, they probably got a bunch of ironic sales from console warriors, they're just repeating the playbook.

Seriously. There is zero reason not to expose who exactly is sending the "threats" or what they said. I see no reason to take this seriously unless they prove it.

Yeah these guys have tried to sell their steaming turds games before over manufactured platform drama. In fact I think 90% of their marketing is just trying to come up with more extreme ways to weaponize platform wars.
 
I love when such violent brand names get involved in violence and have to write these concerned posts with their brand showing. Embarrassing.

Just checked. Quantum Error has a 2/5 rating on PSN. No one is sending out death threats about these games.
 
Every time I see one of these posts, I see a lonely and desperate soul who sees one fringe post and tries to turn it into "gamers are fucking CRAZY, yo - I'm in fear for my life!"

And I loathe them for it.

I don't agree with the death threats or the actual abuse, but not releasing a game on a platform so that people can't mod the characters is an incredibly stupid decision. It's even dumber when you see some of their own DLC.

Part of me thinks this isn't about principle and more about generating some free PR for themselves with the controversy.

Death threads are obvious stupid but almost as stupid is their reason to not bring the game to PC and the stupidest of all is fanboys against the best and definitive version of a game. 🤦‍♂️
 
IF they are getting death threats, I'm genuinely surprised anyone would care about this trash game enough to even go that far. Like who even wants this game anyway?

Ah the dime a dozen jankfest indie survival horror game. Like PC needs another one. Not to mention the pure hypocrisy regarding the respect of their VA's. Joke ass studio, would never give a single penny to support them.
