I've never been let down by a game hyped by collective GAF, and that seems to be Technic Beat now.

How does it play? I saw a couple videos where characters would walk around to circles as music played and somehow activate them and get rating (good, bad, perfect) after doing so. Elaborate on what I've seen of it, please.

Also, is it going to be hard to find like Katamari was?

How does it play?

Little characters (you) walk around a square playfield and colored circles pop up. Once they do, you run over to them and stand inside them and wait for an expanding second ring to pop up inside the first ring. Once the 2nd ring is as large, or close enough, as the 1st, you press the appropriate button and make a sound.

Then there's stuff like chaining and character specials, but the above covers the basics anyway.
