Is this a joke, this can't be real, the music, the graphics, and the voice. Thanks I need a good laugh at the end of the week.

He called it "IBM PC". Hehe, haven't heard that for a long time. Of course the DOS-like screens made it all feel like a time warp.

The guy may be crazy, but he's a genius. I can't believe he wrote that OS and all the apps for it by himself.

I imagine in his code somewhere there is something so conceptually incredible that it could change computing. But nobody will ever find it in his 3,000,000 lines of insanity. If only humanity could harness people like this, it's quite tragic.

Reminded me of after my uncle became mentally ill, but before he got professional help. He was a talented Comp Sci student prior, so he made his own OS, math systems and programming languages based on bible stuff, mostly gibberish though. Basically had to nod my head and smile when he showed me his stuff..

So is this guy the one calling people "fucken niggers" when they say something he feels he needs to correct? Guy sounds seriously sick.

I really wanted this to be Shawn Elliot though :(

Watched some more of these videos. It's actually quite impressive. It has elements of:

- plan 9, in the terminal
- smalltalk, in the integrated workspace environment and code debugging
- lisp machine (same -- heavily integrated environment, access to low level OS from command line, JIT compiling at command line)

It's really quite incredible. He also sounds less lucid as time goes on :(

You would think that a lifestyle and knowledge based around the firm logic of mathematics would walk someone down a different path of belief.

I also don't dare install it in case...

That was my basic thought. I think it's a joke, but if it's a joke I have no idea on what level of crazy it begins.

"It's not like DOS or UNIX it's Holy C Interpreter." Wow.

"There's the potted plant."

You knew just what I was waiting for, friend.

Any psychologists on the forum able to tell what happened to the guy?

He clearly needs help
