The Final Four Teams enter the two final legs of the Race. Feeling the pressure, one Team lies to another Team and leads them astray in order to gain a crucial lead. Will it work? How will the last minute, cutthroat strategies affect the race to the finish?

Teams must push themselves through pain and exhaustion on a grueling 150-foot rope climb up a towering rock face that becomes one of the most intense Roadblocks in the history of THE AMAZING RACE.

One Racer has a severe emotional breakdown after a series of crashes during a final leg Detour.

After 72,000 miles of travel, Teams reach the end city. Every move, every minute, every decision can mean the difference between $1 million and second place during a very tight Race to the finish line. Find out who will with THE AMAZING RACE!

A few weeks ago I wanted Chip n' Kim or the Bowling Moms to win but now I'm actually rooting for Colin and Christie. They've come in first more than any other team and they deserve to win IMO. We'll see what happens I guess.

First C&C get stuck on the 2nd charter flight, then they have to visit all 3 islands.

Colin seems to handling these setbacks pretty well....which is a first. :D

He'll dominate in the rope climbing challenge though. He'll probably regain first.

Fuck Chips kindness is going to kill them. He should have let that Xtian fucking drown. I also like how she was like, "I know he was going to steal it." Fucking racist bitch. No where in this show has Chip demonstrated that he is a theif or a cheat. in fact it's been the extact oppiset. He's went out of the way to help people even if it might come back and bit him in the ass. One more reason to hope they fucking lose.

DAMN! Xtians are winning. They are gonna use the yield on Colin & Christie. I KNOW IT!

Nicole needs to stfu imo.

Shit all my hopes are dashed. I saw a preview where Chip gets pissed on skis so I know he and Kim losses, so the winner looks to be the fucking hypocritical Xtians or the fucking ravaing loons Colin and Kristie. Fucking A this shit sucks. I've wasted 3 months for shit.

OMG @ Brandon's words of encouragement for Nicole while they hike up the mountain.

Brandon: "Baby, just imagine that Jesus is on top of the mountain with this arms reaching out for you."

They sound like fucking Scott Staph. I was hearing "Arms wide open" when he was saying that.

Anyhow looks like Chip and Kim are nowhere to be found. Either A they coming roaring back or B they will be dead last.

PS Whoah they are coming to Dallas. Had I known that I would have laid in wait and bumb rushed their asses.

Nicole: "Brandon I told you we should have done the louge."

OMGWTF! It was her idea to do the bikes!! And Brandon is a chump.

Brandon: "I'm sorry Baby I should have never suggested doing the bikes."

No way dude. Colin has been on his best behavior all season and Christie has hardly said anything other than "its on". Chip is getting way too much pleasure out of the other teams' misfortune.

WTF did you totaly miss the part when they passed the Moms up and Christie was like Karma is going to get them. They have all been about nothing but we hate Chip and Kim the last two shows.

So? They have every right imo after the yield.

Colin was very smart to arrange the towncar by the way.

That didn't come out right. I meant to say that Colin behaved best this episode compared to the other episodes.

That's like someone saying of Charles Manson, "Hey why are everyone down on Mason. The day after the Tate murders he was very well behaved."

ShadowRed...I have to say this now.

Not every single time something happens to black people is sosmething racist. Not when Stacie J gets portrayed as insane, not when Nicole assumes Chip was coming to steal the clam (Which she would have assumed of Colin/Christie as well) and not just because you say so. I'm honestly getting sick and tired of you calling innocent people fuckers just because you can't get it through your own thick skull that in a race around the world, or in any sort of competition, people don't like or trust the actions of other people, black or not. It's not racism.

An awesome finale.

JC...I wouldn't have said Chip was arrogant. In reality, I found that he was really quite in check. They knew they were ahead at the airport, so of course you're going to be hoping the other teams don't make it on the flight

The right people won. Chip and Kim deserved this, they were the best team in my mind, and ran an awesome race. They were the ONLY team to never finish in third place; if you notice, the other teams all finished last in one of the non-elimination legs. This means that Chip and Kim were never scraping the bottom of the barrel.

Colin and Christie...they're meant for each other. They're both psychotic idiots, they're both assholes, but they truly were one of the most competitive teams to win the race. There were very few moments of "Wow, look at the beautiful ocean" with them, fewer than ever before.. Chip and Kim were there to enjoy themselves and win...Colin and Christie were there to win.

Brandon and Nicole...they're cute when she isn't whining and he isn't talking about God. They seem to, when she's not having a mentall breakdown, really have fun with each other, and we saw a lot of nice moments between them while Colin and Christie just bickered...a lot.

At the same time...Chip and Kim's suckage in the snow (Speaking of which, marked out for the shot of "Halifax" [My Hometown] on the Airline board in Calgary. WOO!) in fact won them the race. By being further behind, they learned of the delay when buying tickets, got on an earlier flight, made it to Dallas first, and that was all they needed. Considering Colin and Christie's taxi driver...I honestly think that they very well could have won the race if they had all been on the same flight.

This was, by far, the best season of the Amazing Race yet. The three strongest teams make it to the Final Leg, with no stragglers. Chip and Kim are deserving winners, and credit has to be given to all three teams. In the end, it came down to a ten minute difference in flights, and the mistake of marking their luggage for American Airlines. Those mistakes cost them a million dollars, and made Chip and Kim Millionares.

Here's hoping one of CBS' shows bombs, and we'll see this emmy award winning, best reality show ever in an even better timeslot in October/November.

Memles, I agree with you with everything but Chip and Kim running the 'best' race? Though if you count teams not yelling at each other, being composed and not losing it then you might have a point ;) but far and away, the best team all around is Colin and Christie.

The real question is that does Colin and Christie deserve to win? Maybe. But if they did, I would've dropped kick my tv to my frustration. Good thing they didn't. ^_^

And yes, best season yet. Just edging out TAR 3. :)

That was friggin' great! Man, was it exciting! Awesome finale to an awesome season.
I was so happy for Chip & Kim. They really deserved it. ,

I was pretty shocked though,
the black team winning and all.
I thought for sure
Colin & Christie's
driver had gotten them ahead. Anyway,
Chip & Kim
seem like a really great couple of people, and I'm extremely happy for them. I only hope next season comes close to matching the greatness of this one.

When they were losing, they came back. They were the only team to never finish in last. They rarely bickered, made only two stupid mistakes, but were still able to rebound.

If the Race involved only the tasks themselves, then definitely. Colin and Christie. But, part of running the race involves strategy (Psyching out Colin, then yielding them) and enjoying yourself.

They ran my favourite race, then. ;)

Sorry but I will have to disagree with you on that.

The one thing I don't like about the show is 80% of it is luck. Now I see that the new Amazing Race is coming on in a few weeks. I think I'm burned out. I'll pass.

Oh give me a break. If 80% of it is luck, Colin and Christie wouldn't have come in first in 6 of the legs. There is luck involved, but you are vastly overexaggerating.

Well what really matters is who finishes first, and what led to
Chip and Kim
finishing first was complete luck.

Was it luck that the other teams didn't call to confirm the status of the flights?

Was it luck that they sent their bags ahead of them and thus were unable to get on the flight into Dalaas with Chip and Kim?

I dunno, I think they made a few crucial mistakes.

That was the best reality show EVER. And Chip announcing that 'IT'S ON LIKE DONKEY KONG' just cemented it. Great season, hopefully the next one will live up to it... too bad it's been delayed a couple of weeks...

It's cool that Chip & Kim won, although I was rooting for Team American Psycho. C & K played it cool the entire time (except for a little too much bragging and smirking in the finale when they got on the better flight just because they crashed twice on the luge - why was Chip on top in the luge, anyway.... isn't a luge team that top-heavy just asking for a crash? Whatever....) And Chip was freakin' hilarious at times.

Was there no yield in the last leg? I don't think the show made use of the yield very well... it only got used once and it was completely deadly. Maybe the yield is a little too effective? I'd just get rid of it and let the teams race like normal.

There needs to be an Amazing Race: All Stars, though. Bring Chip & Kim, Colin & Christie, and even the midget team from this year (just for the wacky entertainment value that they would bring). This needs to happen!

I agree, NEVER EVER check ANYTHING onto a flight if time is of any importance.

I think their idea was that they wouldn't have to carry stuff around at the end so just check it in, and pick it up after the race is over.

I was thinking the exact same thing last night. Colin & Christie should get another shot at it. Charla & Mirna would be my #2 pick...just so I can hear Mirna yell "Charla c'mon" again. They should bring back two teams from each season and have one really long race.

One thing that pisses me off about the show though is how the departure times are set up. They are always 12 hours after the first team arrives which means that most of the time they are at 3-4am. This allows the other teams to catch up at the airport. I think that they should change it to 18 hours or something so that teams that gain a lead can keep it - they earned it afterall. It just doesn't seem right to me.

That would be fair, but it wouldn't be entertaining to see a team ahead by 12 hours because you know they'll win. What's the point of watching the show then?

You can't get rid of the bunching! It can't be done!

You can't have a team constantly being ahead. There is no suspense, then. Bunching ensures that the teams are all together, so as to create entertaining TV. And without it, however frustrating it is, the show would fail.

Chip and Kim had a TEN minute lead. However, last season, Chip and Reichen and Jon and Kelly were on the same flight going into the final destination and because they got the first taxi, they had a SEVEN minute lead. The same thing had the chance of happening here. It is ALL luck on the final leg. Nothing could have been done. They checked their baggage, it screwed them over, they didn't check their flights...they could have gotten rid of such luck. As it is, Chip and Kim weren't really bragging...more pointing out that it WAS uncharacteristic of Colin and Christie to make such an error.

Damn, I was so glad that the C&C Anger Factory didn't win. I spent most of the season wanting to slap Chip upside his too-helpful head. But the thing is, he'll be able to take what he did on the show home to his family and be proud of it. Not many reality show contestants can say that, if any.
