Every time a black person does not get their way does not mean racism was involved. Racism is a serious thing, but the act of ignoring it is nearly overshadowed by overusing the term in these issues that are clearly not racism.
Seriously, I'm sick and tired of reading these threads about these shows and hearing this bullshit. This is not racism, you're reading into it far too much, and I seriously think that you need to give it a rest.
On other notes...
Regis HAD to be there, if they wanted to milk it to three hours, because Trump did a TERRIBLE job last year with the hosting. He can converse with the contestants, but him and an audience just doesn't work. Regis is more natural in a host role, so it worked much better than last year's reunion. Better production, better audience, better location...
Outcome was eventual...no big surprises involved, at all.
Jen is worthless.
Kelly deserved the position.
Jen made the point of never being brought into the board room and always being among the best on her losing teams, but she stayed out of the board room by being so very low key.
And being the best of the losers is nothing compared to being the best of the winners, which Kelly usually was.
Jen acts like a child and should be treated as one. Amarosa was wrong that respect > being liked. You'll never end up happy that way and you'll never get to the top that way. People like Donald and that is why he is where he is.

I think Jen was an obvious choice for top the top two.
Jen is the poster child for a lot of what goes on in the business world. A place where it's not what you do, but what you make management think you do that is important. She had a talent for stepping up into the light when she was on the winning team and with ninja like skill hiding in the shadows in defeat. Its not an easy thing to pull off. I give her kudos for that. I think her being there shows that they succeeded in emulating the corporate environment.
I just dont know how she could bring up how Kelly was talking behind her back like Donald was Dr Phil or something. It just shows weekness.

That last hour was annoying. It was just a Kelly love-fest. It might have been more interesting last year when the contestants were more evenly matched. Regardless the talk show format was highly irritating and I hope it isn't repeated next season.
Also I agree they need to slow down, there's no need to start another season a month from now. Allow people to actually build up some anticipation.

I have been incredibly inspired by her performance in last week's boardroom. The top 4 etc. It is obvious why she makes a great lawyer. Just incredible. Stuff on tv hardly ever amazes me like the way she displayed herself.

Anyway, Kelly got results but Jen did seem more passionate though a bit cold. On the other hand, I think robotic is the perfect adjective for Kelly. I was struggling to pin down who he reminded me of then I finally got it: Data, from Star Trek the Next Generation.
