Heard this on the way to work/I think Trevor made his point, particularly on interviewing other conservatives and no one really giving a damn, as Slayven pointed out, until he spoke to Tomi Lahren (ex: "If Tomi wasn't an attractive white woman you wouldn't have had her on the show", Trevor giving gifts to guests that appear on his show, etc...).
Yeah Rod from the black guy who tips pointed out a lot of "liberal" places that been shiting on Trevor since before he got the job, suddenly they can't keep his name out their mouths. Even though he has actually been pretty good.

I'm really surprised at the idea being spread in there that somehow denying your kid the idea that Santa is real is somehow the start of their turn into a depressed, lifeless cynic. Like I said in that topic, making it clear that people helping others is what truly makes the world a better place isn't somehow cynical because it doesn't involve any elements of fantasy.
tfw they're a lot of the same posters who scream about outrage culture when it comes to racial issues.
Can't ruin the magic of Christmas, though. Oh, my God, don't destroy this for the kids. It's supposed to be fun. If anything they're saving their child from the disappointment of the day some upper year in school ruins Santa for them. No tears will be had.

My mom told me and my brothers early on that Santa wasn't real and later on she justified it as she didn't want to think that she was lying about God too. The spirit of Christmas was still in our house. We still made cookies, watched the classic specials and we never felt like we were missing out on anything.

My parents told us there was no Santa and it was the best thing ever. We had several lean years and I would've wondered why St Nick didn't drop by with gifts.

Just like I said in that thread, me finding out was funny. I automatically knew as soon as I decided to sneak downstairs and caught my dad in the act. I had to be 7 at the time and all I was mad about was him eating the sugar cookies, didn't really care when I found out Santa wasn't real, I told him it wasn't fair he got to have more cookies, so after confronting him, me and my brother sat there and ate cookies with him and he discussed it with us.
And I do have to say I respected my parents more knowing how little we had and how hard they worked to try and give their kids at least one thing they asked for.

They're both punks, but Trevor's position is a little more understandable than Charlemagne. There's more pressure on Trevor to be somewhat neutral. Charlemagne just steady shows every damn day that he ain't ANY KIND of shit.
Tomi ain't just another conservative. She uses her platform to push some very dangerous views that could get innocent people hurt. That shit shouldn't be treated with fucking cupcakes and selfies.

Wonder if Noah sent Richard Spencer some desserts too. Also, Charlemagne in one tweet erased the efforts of thousands of minority women across media who get sore throats and blisters on their fingers and feet for how much they work for a platform just to be ignored and harassed a majority of the time.
I'm down for an episode of Blacked starring her and Trevor. It'd be very topical.

From Trevor's stand point, this is more about how his interactions with Tomi "look", as opposed to Charlamagne. In the interview for example, Trevor mentions that he and his staff went to meet with Tomi after the interview, but TMZ only took a photo of her and Trevor together at a table and let social media run with it. And as I mentioned the Daily Show sends gifts to their guests (ex: Larry Wilmore also got pastries from the Daily Show, but he didn't post up any "suggestive" selfies on Instagram, not that it would have mattered anyway since it's Larry and not Tomi). Now if you want to argue the Daily Show should have done none of these things for Tomi specifically because of her views vs other crazy Republican guests, that's fine, but I wouldn't throw the criticisms Charlamagne is getting towards Trevor.

You probably don't remember the early Breakfast Club days before Ebro made Hot 97 a joke. The Breakfast Club back then would never have a syndication deal right now. IMO Angela Yee is the real star of the Breakfast Club, but the clown always gets the attention over the "straight person" they play off of.
There are quite a few good Sonic games though, even a few recent examples.
There aren't even that many out and out bad Sonic games.
Yeah she always seem to do the real work that comes with her position and always asks substantial questions. Charlamange is a professional instigator, he just want to stir the pot for reactions. Of course it can be entertaining and that's what the show is right now.
Not suprising since relaxers and straighteners contain harsh chemicals and are marketed and sold to primarily black women. I bet that's why the number is so high.

There aren't that many out and out GOOD Sonic games. Like, the only ones I can think of off the top of my head are Sonic 3 and Knuckles and Sonic and SEGA All Stars Racing Transformed.
