Always been aggressive, my...father has not helped matters
I'm not sure what has caused me to have this short (lol) fuse. I mean, i've had always a short temper and am very emotional in a lot of issues and ways but not to the degree i've shown last week (new years eve BTW).
I need to work on those issues, but seeing the shit that has happened last weeks in the world in general and here in my own country doesn't help those matters.
I wish i could take a break in some place where there's not internet, nor news, tv, radio, any media nor anything!

I'm always angry. It's my constant state of being, but not a screaming, raving anger. Quiet, simmering anger that occasionally brings my piss to a boil.
Meditation helps a lot. At least it did for me, that and yoga have been a blessing on my physical and mental health.
Keeping your mental health up is so so important, wish I figured this one out earlier

I finally have started to be fine. Like, I used to hate him to the point of wanting to piss on his goddamn grave, I hated him, and I don't mean that like saying I hate how this game controls. No, I hated that nigga with the fury of a thousand suns. Then I found a nifty little document that finally explained what he did and it all lined up time wise with when he left.
Now there are two things that are just words that make me go crazy. Don't call me a liar and don't call me an asshole. I'll go from zero to one hundred so quickly.
Now of course there is the racism and sexism and homophobia and transphobia and just the injustices of the world that piss me off leading to me wanting to plow through a brick wall, but I typically don't get intensely angry.

Good morning all.
I'm sad I missed out on #NiggerNavy by Yahoo.
I destroyed some sumo deadlifts today (I went up by 20lbs) and then did a bunch of back and bicep workouts.
I have a pretty chill work day today.
