It's bullshit how Kaep is blacklisted but this is how they operate and the players need to be willing to eat a paycheck or two to actually show anything. Shit they are so toothless they can't even do a labor strike until 2021 as written in the CBA.

It's insane how different the NBA and NFL are.
I don't plan on putting money into things involving the NFL like purchasing any merchandise or watching any games from home. The athletes put on a damn fine product, but everything coming in from the top is such a sham. Wish there was a way to support one but not the other.

Ok. My issues with the NFL is that the Kaepernick situation is a message to the other black players about speaking out. Don't speak or the same will happen to them. I just think it sets a bad precedent. Btw, I did not agree with a lot of Kaepernick stances about voting.

Keep in mind that there are Black people outside of the US in this thread. Shyega and Beefy can't even watch the NFL to protest it.
As for protesting, there's enough for Black people in the US to feel uneasy about in every US sports league. But in regards to trying to send a message to the NFL, it's US Black athletes that need to protest in addition to Black college athletes not joining the NFL.
