It really is. It's on par with the Mass Effect 1 OST. It's almost as responsible for Van Damme's career as his acting in that movie.

He's great in Tiger Claws. Plays a really interesting and shy, likeable character with a crazy dark side.
I wish he was in more movies as the good guy, because he can be extremely likeable.

Ya the climax of the song and scene is really as perfect as it gets.

The movie itself is classic trash, with emphasis on classic. Ridiculous, endlessly quotable, fun only-in -the-80s score, strangely memorable cast, never boring and all around entertaining.
