Arkham Asylum is fine but Arkham City has a downright terrible story with terrible pacing. The style and tone of it is pretty great, but I'm not sure why the games would have that effect on Nolan films for you.
Arkham City is a mess - bad guys coming out of nowhere/disappearing suddenly only to introduce a new one and never really talk about the other again. Catwoman's story doesn't tie up. The Joker story/his plan is really silly. Batman's character gets diluted in all of this.
Like I said, the style and tone are really cool but they don't hold a candle to the storytelling/character progression of the Nolan films. Far more exciting.

Awesome. Wonder if there will be one that includes TDKR as well. Might just stick with the BB trilogy on Blu-Ray though when that's out.
