Neither pronunciation is exactly correct to the right Arabic pronunciation, but "Roz" is closer. I don't know why TAS used "Raysh" as it seems pretty out of place. The closest pronunciation is when Liam Neeson says it at the beginning of Begins, with a rolled R. Correctly, it'd be something along the lines of "Rahzh", with the r rolled.
EDIT: Type in " رأس الغول " into Google Translate, and listen to the robotic pronunciation. Here, you can hear how the Begins pronunciation is closer, but the robot voice is still a little off, obviously.
