Yeah, that's what I was going off of, that Catwoman perhaps closed the gate on him.

Still, it's just a gate, and he's Batman. He could just BatLazzzzer his way outta there. But then he'd be a bit of a pussy, running away from a fight.

Though looking at the fence, I don't really see any door on it. No hinges, no lock or push/pull bar, no opening. So maybe they're just talking through a fence. But why have a bridge lead to a non-opening?
