I bet all of you 'gotham's reckoning' people are fans of the tdk ost in its entirety.
Us BB bros are more concerned with
Born in Darkness or Why Do We Fall

not really, was never into the melodrama of the "those" BB tracks. Give me Mollossus/Myotis over them (or TDK, though the Hong Kong track was cool) ;P

The Fire Rises reminds me of some CoD mission.

I haven't even clicked on that one. I don't click on the ones I think are going to be bombastic. Generic loud noises have no place in osts my book. I think that's why I love the blade runner soundtrack so much.

edit: tbh batman is melodrama though!

Why Do We Fall?
is going to kick so much ass.

They updated the song clips on Watertower its now 60 seconds.

And bonus tracks for the soundtrack

Bombers Over Ibiza (Junkie XL Remix) (5:51)
The Shadows Betray You (5:20)
The End (6:13)

Okay what's up with the first bonus track's name?

Since most of my music time is on a driving commute, tearfull strings are a little bit wrong for the occasion.

About the 1st bonus track name, I assume since it's a 3rd party remix, it's something they came up with, not a plot point or related to TDKR.

I just realized that Bonus track names are massive spoilers for those avoiding news outside what's officially revealed.

The Shadows Betray You. The League of Shadows and/or Talia betrayalton confirmed?!

You might be right, but it's still a weird name. I'd be willing to bet it's referring to something from the film.

Yeah, you're probably correct.

Get out of here while you still can!

But...

So trailer #4 is confirmed Nokia trailer? Or something different entirely?

I might be seeing Spiderman this week and I wouldn't mind seeing a new trailer but some guys kept saying the Nokia trailer is pretty spoilerish.

It's pretty much confirmed that it's the Nokia trailer.

Honestly, I don't think the Nokia trailer was that spoilerish. There's like one line in there that might be, but if you've thought about the movie for any length of time, it wouldn't be shocking.

It shows a couple of money shots though.

Oh, I found out why 2 certain tracks seem to be "cut off"

It's because their run times are 37 seconds and 23 seconds, according to the listed track times.

A few of the tracks, are maybe 1 minute to 1 1/2 minutes more than the released samples. But there are 4 tracks that are noticeably longer.

speculation
Bane being betrayed by Talia as she reveals her true identity, perhaps?

speculation I made previously in this thread:
Bane was too nuts for LOS and leaves them/gets booted out, but still thinks he's doing what "should be done", assumes Talia is in Gotham to back him up, but she and the League side with Bruce instead for some as yet unknown reason.

I can't buy that, really.
It'd be Batman, Catwoman AND Talia vs. Bane... I'll be rooting for Bane if the deck is that stacked against him lol
hahaha. true!

I could see maybe Bane being some rogue element of the League of Shadows; Talia comes in to bring them in line and teams up with Batman/Catwoman to do that; then once Bane is taken out Talia turns on Batman now that Bane is out of the way.

But that seems way too predictable. Who knows...

You guys are overthinking it. The movie may be long, yes, but there's not enough of a run-time to thoroughly explore the implications of all that. Not without making it very confusing.

wat?
Batman is being betrayed by Talia as she reveals her true identity and smacks a knife on his back.
There's (was) a rogue footage on youtube them filming that inside.

It's from a rogue call sheet description, but anyway, you're right.

Hmm. More speculation of mine.

Betrayal of whom though? Maybe not who you think.

Wasn't it confirmed in the official bio for Bane that
he was once a part of the League of Shadows, but they forced him out or he quit because their ideals became different since Bane wanted more aggressive tactics or something. So maybe Bane is doing the betraying?

Maybe Bane was such a good sub-leader of the league he persuaded them all to join his side and leave Ra's and took his pregnant wife. Ra's' methods were far too kind compared to what Bane had in mind. Bane fucking leaves. Ra's then proceeds to rebuild the league with a few who stood by his side and sees Bane as a terrible threat.

''There are those without decency who must be fought without hesitation, without pity.''

Ra's needs a new disciple to fight by his side and lead his army, and he thought it could be Bruce. He also mentions a wife in Begins but no daughter. But Bruce is too pure. Ra's is willing to kill hundreds to save thousands. Bane is into mass genocide.

Talia grows up under Bane's wing but soon figures out what he had done. She says nothing until June 20th.

High Five. We just figured out Bane's backstory. No need to see the movie now. :)

Does anyone else remember an interview with Hans Zimmer around pre TDK release where he talks about a true theme for Batman, how it would be slowly introduced and layered soon, and that it'd be present in a small amount in TDK but wouldn't be fully revealed until the third movie?

Yes, I know what you're talking about. I can only assume that it was from the LA Times.

Shift your memory by one film. That article didn't mention a third movie.

I had a dream last night that someone in this thread posted a picture of a huge spoiler.

I hold you all responsible for this. If Solomon Wayne appears in this movie, I will be so pissed.
