I'll be curious to see what Nolan announces for his next project. For some reason I think the days of him doing a non-blockbuster summer actioner are over.

I've got my fingers crossed for his next project to somehow be that Interstellar script that Jonah Nolan wrote for Spielberg. Screw you, Spielberg!

I wish she had that hair for the movie... :(

Ugh, true. She cuts it now?!

I want another movie in the mould of The Prestige/Inception/Memento.

Inception doesn't fit with the other two. He will continue making movies like Inception (big budget blockbusters for summer release). What I'm doubting is him ever doing anything like Memento or Prestige again. I think WB will be over the moon to have him keep producing original tentpole summer movies every second year. I'd love to be proven wrong, but I see his future as more Inception, less Memento.

He needs to back to making low-ish budget movies goddammit. Nolan is going to get boring fast if all he cares about is "TEH SCALE".

Then I've got some really bad news for you........lolololololol

Again, he pretty much is WB's bread winner now. I can't see him ever going back to more "arty" fare like Memento or The Prestige.

He wont, Wally is going into pure directing after this movie

To be fair, that doesn't really mean jack shit yet - if Wally's movie tanks and gets panned, he will be back lensing Nolan's films before you can say "that's a nice coat".

But yes, if he can make a real go at it, he intends to step away.

just watched like 3-4 mins, and closed that video.

It basically is a 6 in spoilery. Don't want to watch more. It doesn't reveal anything major, but some idea of the main plot and intro.

Fine with me. Of course I'd love and prefer to have more films like Memento, but I also wouldn't mind having the rest of his future filmography be similar to Inception if he can keep coming up with fresh and original ideas.

Wally is one of the biggest reasons Nolan's Batman movies are amazing. They just look so much better than any other comic book movie. Begins especially. All the sweeping, epic pseudo LOTR environment shots in the first half. dat ice.

You heard it here first:

Joseph Gordon-Lewitt to be main lead in Nolan's next film. Regardless of material.

Nolan seems to have a liking for him.

I dunno. Sure, he's taken a liking to him by having cast him in his past two movies in a row, however the same can be said for Hardy and Cottilard.

I don't care what Nolan does from here out. The name alone is bankable from here out. The Prestige type films of the world will certainly be welcome and I'd imagine he would follow that pattern when desired.

see solo years away it a good thang. :P 1 hour in and your right BB is better but only because it introduction the universe. Have to say though the boy the got the play bruce is terrribad.

I have stayed away from virtually every piece of media and conversation regarding TDKR since after the first teaser-trailer was released, but for some reason I decided to watch that.

I'm both happy and angry that I did. Happy because my hype levels for this movie are approaching insanity, but angry because I really wanted to go in blind to many of the plot/character elements they discussed in that.

Going to be a loooooong 2 weeks.

I want Bale and DiCaprio starring on his next movie. And the rest of the cast being actors he never worked with before.

I'd love to see Nolan work with Hugh Jackman again.

Sadly he has been Guy Pearce'd. If Nolan doesn't cast you again subsequently, you are fucked.

Kinda wish he'd drop the Batman/Inception crew for a few movies. Try someone new.

I dunno Solo, I kinda like the established chemistry between the cast members. It's kinda like a more serious modern Rat Pack which I suppose holds no similarities to the original Rat Pack asidefrom the fact the same crew works together, but still. It's a delight.

Anyway, this music is SERIOUSLY PUMPING ME UP. The 20th is so far away, and I'm not even going to see it opening day. The holy trio of Nolan, Pfister, and Zimmer is incredible.

Nolan should give Cillian Murphy a main role.

Dude is a really good actor, has avoided the Guy Pearcing, and was the best actor in Inception.
