All I can say about QoS is the typical thing that can be said for a Bond movie - it will make more than the previous one (CR only did $160M domestically, anways, and QoS should breeze right past $200M easily), and it will do lots better overseas than it will here.

Shouldn't be hard - most of them were said by me, so just check my post history :lol

I can only wonder what will beat Titanic. It's only a matter of time due to inflation, but it's still gonna have to be something pretty substantial.

:lol :lol :lol

That's a cool fatality, and definitely fits the character, but why are his eyes glowing like he's possessed or something? Looks strange. Sorta dampens the impact a bit.

You know what cranks the impact back up? The fact that he shoots Kitana in the face as soon as she turns back around. lol

:lol That's true.

She looks around like "whut?", and as soon as she faces the Joker again, bang. I love how the Joker is all beside himself after he shoots her for real. The animating of the body language is perfect.

Saw it in an IMAX last night for the first time; it's my third time seeing it total. As expected, it was a really neat experience. My opinion of the movie goes up each time I see it, as I notice more little things (and realize more and more how great everything about it is). Gotta be one of my favorites of all time now.

This time I was ready for
the fake dead Batman
. :p

This movie is so fucking good, I've seen it twice already and think about going a third time, mostly because of the Joker. I didn't expect to see another movie icons anymore in my life but now I have one and my faith in movies is also restored. Thank god we are out of the terrible phase of cheesy movies that came out between 1999-2005. Rambo, TDK.. action movies are finally getting serious.

A DVD release of the film is said to be planned for the holidays (the studio won't confirm a date). And Warners and Legendary are both interested in doing a third in the series, but all involved say it will be up to Nolan to come to them with a story and a plan.

"There are a lot of us who emotionally would love to do it," Roven says. "But it's really Chris' call. Chris is the kind of filmmaker who just doesn't think about the next movie before he has completely finished the movie he is working on."

For now, Nolan is taking a well-earned vacation.

Says Roven, "When he comes back, we will see how he feels."

seen the movie today - blown away !
(funny thing was - i picked my girlfriend out of an psychosomatic clinic...we watched the movie then i drove her back... i did a lot of joker jokes )

then went home and watched batman begins, and this movie is really bad in comparison to the dark knight

-oh and this movie could have been titeld "the joker" he was clearly the main charakter of the movie

to bad h.l. died...oh well

i know there are a lot of great scenes in this movie but for me still the best scene is where the batmobile gets destroyed in front of the homeless and they are just looking at it and then it transforms....the car says "goodbye" and the bat pod is born. the first time i saw it in imax with a full crowd there was a "OMG!!!" from the whole crowd.

awesome scene.
