what happens to your listing with a guild trader once your guild loses the lease?
Stays listed. Even if a guild loses their trader they still have the normal guild store where members can buy from each other.
gotcha so if I wanna unlist an item I can just do it from the guild store at the bank then im guessing.
Yeah, everything you sell can be listed/unlisted from the guild store at the bank regardless if it's to guild members or through a trader.
I'm up to level 42 and have found all the zones I've been in well populated, I've had some good run throughs of the delves with other randoms it's been good, I'm on EU Ebonheart too.
So...are you in the EU guild, or have seen or heard about it?
Is it safe to assume at this point, that the EU guild is not active? I could still reroll on US server I suppose.
Right. One more question (for now).
If I would go and make a new character on the US server, and utilize my adventurer pack unlock in order to make a Nord character into a different faction (the guild was Dominion, was it?), would the story be kinda broken? Is it written in a way that having a "wrong" race in the faction makes no sense and the NPC's do not acknowledge it?
Hope I'm making any sense. I mean, I would not want to for the NPC's constantly go telling my Nord character to go and kill the filthy Nords for the glory of the Dominion or such.
I don't think the game makes any kind of distinction of what race you are in the dialogue between you and NPC's.
This is unfortunate, but understanding I guess for an MMO with this many races.. It's kinda weird being a Khajiit in the EP and having people make me hunt down Khajiiti slaves. I feel like I should be freeing them.
There is no level cap on dungeons.
The only obstacle is that once you're outside the default level range for a dungeon on normal, you can't use group finder.
Also, since dungeons scale, if you want to go back and clear out the dungeons you missed on normal (as opposed to veteran), it can be easier to have a low-level player set the dungeon off.
I've run into an odd problem with logging in as well. Crashed out of the game the other day and ever since then I rarely can get past the first loading screen, the one where you pick the megaserver. Sometime though I can load to character select but if I choose the character that I was on when the crash occurred, it times out and I get a generic "Check that you have a valid internet connection" error message. What has me really confused is that I am able to log in to other characters (most of the time, sometimes I get the same error).
I sent a note to tech support and am waiting for a reply.
I just started messing around with this game since I got it cheaply a while back, and I notice we have two threads, one for consoles and one for PC. I understand why we'd want that since the servers are different, but general game discussion also seems to be split. And the console versions don't play with each other either, right?
As a new player with questions that are independent of platform, but who is playing on PC, I find myself unsure whether I should ask in here or the PC thread.

There's been some discussion about merging the two threads, but only a mod can do this.
If you pm me your character name and/or @loginid, I can send you an invite to the PC Neogaf guild for the Americas - there's also a guild for the EU players. There's only 15 people in the new PC guild so far (this is the second PC guild for NA players as the first is apparently defunct), but you will at least have the benefit of access to the guild bank, which is helpful for crap inventory like food and other crafting items. Also, if you ever feel like doing some of the group dungeons, just pm me here or whisper or email me in game (character name is Oscarx) and we can give it a try (I'm EST) - will make leveling go very fast for you as the dungeon will scale to my character's level (I'm at 48 - might be too high actually - we probably need some other people for dps if you want to do this, although, as previously stated, you'd be able to level your healing quite fast).
I just started playing yesterday and wouldn't mind starting over. What faction is the American GAF pc guild in?
I just got the game today for X1. I started off with a Nord DK, Ebonheart Pact, US server. I don't have many friends who play this so a guild invite would be appreciated.
GT: WKU MADDOG
The NA Guild is primarily Daggerfall Covenant, but we have many members that are Ebon as well. We would not be able to group together, but you could still use the guild bank and guild store.
Let me know if you still want an invite.

All righty. Well, as healing is my one true love in MMOs, I naturally want to do that here. I've made a Breton Templar but I find myself overwhelmed with what I should be doing with my skill points. So far, at level 5, I have puncturing sweep, breath of life, sun fire, and regeneration. I'm feeling like sun fire was probably a misstep now that I've got puncturing sweep, but I guess I use it occasionally despite the large magicka cost. I'm wearing light armor and have the restoration staff (obviously). At this point, though, I'm not sure what else to go after. I'd like to be very effective as soon as I can do my first dungeon. There just seem to be so many options. Any kind of pointing in the right direction or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know if yesterdays maintenance has sorted out the PS4 disconnecting issues at all, i've avoided playing too much this last week or so due to that?
Check out Deltia's omega templar leveling build. It's what I used to level with but I was also able to heal all the dungeons with it as well. I switched over to his end game healing build when I hit VR1. Solid dps and very solid healing. He even shows videos on how the mechanics work.
Well now I'm experiencing why people say the game's combat is shit. Attacks missing because your enemy isn't in your reticle, abruptly not being able to switch weapons, etc.

Anyone know a good spot to farm flour?
I read on the official forums that most people get it via "NPC grocers in VR zones and Coldharbour" - hope that helps!
That unlocks at level 15.
Isn't that how it's supposed to be?

Regarding alliance bases, the Aldmeri Dominion base can be located beneath the Arboretum and Temple Districts, which is on the east side on the Imperial Sewers. If youre Daggerfall, then you can find solace underneath the Elven Gardens and Noble Districts (thats on the west side of the Imperial Sewers). And finally, Ebonheart Pact members will find their base below the Arena and Memorial Districts, on the north side of the Sewers.
What will each of the Bases contain? By the look of it, each Alliance base comes equipped with everything youd find in a main city. That includes:
A Banker that offers normal banking functions, and Tel Var Stone deposits (50 at a time)
Basic crafting stations
A cooking fire
A crafting style merchant
A dye station
A general goods merchant
A lockbox merchant where you can buy randomized set pieces
Tel Var Stone merchants (weapons, armor, and crafting components)
The Drake of Blades will appear there when you first begin your journey in the Imperial City
