That looks nice, D. Is there a performance drop with using the new water shaders?
You can just drop the folder in and overwrite everything.
Fuck the mod manager. It's a buggy piece of crap that doesn't work.
I'll give it a month or so.
Which folder? Before I just downloaded the 7Z file and put it in the data folder. Was that wrong?
Yup that error was the final strike. The interface is pretty ugly, I've had a crazy amount of crashes and lots of general bugs and issues. Not worth the hassle right now.Same here. I love the idea and it's still in beta so I'm being patient. I like the organization and ease of use and the mod he just posted is the first one to give me the "file not found" error in the app.
You can only get 2.1.0 of Driver Sweeper, because "Update- until further notice we will only host v2.1 as Marcel decided to add annoying ad-ware installers inside the Driver-Sweeper setup, which we are strongly against / oppose to."

Awesome, my game crashes now when I try to fast travel. Was having zero issues until the "patch" today.
If someone could PM me with a location where I can download the original 1.1 version of the TESV.exe, I would greatly appreciate it.
So I would like some feedback on my new water update. My goal was to calm the water and reduce specularity. Anyone care to test and report back?

Yep, just played 20 minutes in a dungeon and now I find I can't quick travel anywhere. Always worked fine before, never had a CTD before, even. Guess I'll wait for the next patch.UrbanRats said:I noticed these CTDs happens almost everytime i fast travel or wait (too bad i have to, since my dumb companion get stuck every few minutes).
My exe [version without LAA]Same here. Steam stealth updated my game.
Thanks for the upload. I'm still at work, but please let me know if I have this right as a way to fix the patch problems.
1. Backup the new .exe that was downloaded with the patch.
2. Overwrite/replace the new .exe with the original 1.1 .exe file (pre-LAA patch).
3. Reapply LAA patch.
This should allow me to play the game with the new patch and keep the .exe LAA?

Download the 7z file and extract the folder "textures" out. Place the "textures" folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data folder.
Can someone write a step by step guide to using the pre-patched exe?

AMD Catalyst 11.11a Performance Driver is out.
Includes fixes and performance increases for Skyrim, BF3, Rage and Batman AC.
To install it, just set steam to manual downloads for Skyrim, close it, override exe, use LAA and launch steam again.
Um just curious, does anyone actually have this 1.2 patch? Because I guess mine didn't update after all, and Bethesda said it was coming after Thanksgiving.
Yea, no mods are DL'ing through the manager now and I get an error. I'm not dealing with this right now as I had to go like 15 minutes ago so I will simply uninstall and re install later. They better patch that up as I want to use it!
Tried a reinstall, no go. I'm out ><
Alright cheers. Do I need to set Steam to offline mode as well?
Not true.

Pardon my ignorance but what is LAA and why did the new patch break it?
