it's always fun to read Gaf declare anything good and bad art.
while there's nothing original about the style, the cover is at the very least 'well' drawn and the concept is interesting; putting the main foe on the cover is a different approach at least, and the guy buried in the sand looks rather terrified to me.
nothing particularly bad about this cover at all, if anything i'd call it better than the average because of the different approach.

Great shops in here (Pokemon one is just too good) but I like the cover personally. At least he's not walking towards you with a dark background.

Aside from the high tide water drowning you, if the sand is packed heavy enough it wont allow your lungs to gasp for air due to the compression.

I dunno. I think he needs to be walking away from the camera with the knife slung over his shoulder as he looks back at the camera. Maybe one foot could be stepping on buried guy's head. (for ultra-generic pose)
