The Flash S3 |OT| It was me, Barry.

Yeah. That's the gist of it. She wondered how Barry and Wally was able to reduce the damage they should generate when they run and then it kind of lead to the suit. The suit basically garners more Speed Force while not allowing his lightning streaks to damage everything around him.
I'm guessing that Savitar's suit does that but Phantom of the opera Barry Allen has lost his connection to the Speed Force because he is a remnant or because people have been abusing the Speed Force too much. Just like the comic.

Chase was already in Supergirl. Pretty forgettable even though Emma Caulfield played her.
My S3 of Flash was to have anti-metahuman right wing senator Thomas O'Neill target the Flash and friends, and for the show to constantly hint he was secretly The Top but PLOT TWIST it was actually Grodd mind controlling his way into political power and Barry has to face off against a truly super genius Grodd and a corrupt establishment.
I would love Season 4 to have several fresh and fun story arcs. Here are some stories I want to see:
1. "Saving Caitlin" - she is still Killer Frost and she has turned into one tough and nasty villain. Eventually go ahead and convert her back to Caitlin with a new anti-meta device, but let her run free the first several eps.
2. "New Big Bad introduced. Team Flash tries to figure him out and stop him, in between other crimes and bad guys to stop. But they can't capture him. Have him so clever and prepared for the Team's abilities that just superspeed isn't enough to defeat him.
3. "Don't forget the Rogues Gallery" - Captain Cold, The Trickster, Captain Boomerang, Weather Wizard, Grodd, and Mirror Master (recast him, or fix his character), etc. Use earth-x versions if some of these are dead on Earth-1.
4. "Side Stories from Earth-N" ... Have Barry go to the other Earths to help out Jay, Jessie Quick, Gypsy. Have Wally go away to Earth-2 more - there are too many speedsters and we need to focus on Barry as The Flash. Don't have them visit Earth-1, have Barry go visit them so we can see cool alternative reality stuff. Introduce some cool characters like Elongated Man (I would literally flip out) and The Question.
5. Final 4 or 5 episodes, bring it all together as they encounter Big Bad again and the stakes are raised and maybe new friends like Elongated Man can help! But also have some nice life rewards for Team Flash ... like Joe finally marries Cecilia, or Cisco and Gypsys finally hook up , or a big wedding with Barry and Iris, and so on.

serious question: Is the actress playing Cecile 4 foot high? The scene where Joe was breaking up with her had her in giant heels standing on the upper level of the split level in Joe's house so she could look into his eyes.
2 episodes to resolve Barrytar. One for everyone to tut tut over the revelation and one to wrap it all up before seasons 4's speedster enemy is teased.

What speedster can they possibly use as the villain after Barry himself?
I can see Reverse Flash possibly returning but there seems no logical way to step up the speedster villains after the "God of Speed", "the first speedster", "Barry fucking Allen".
Honestly this probably shows they played the Savitar card too early, Godspeed would have been better even if it would be a copy of DD S2

Not really, he's extremely different and barely fits the profile. Doesn't even have the same powers. It's basically just a name (that's used by Eobard as well). Similar deal with Savitar.
Considering what a shit Barry has been this season, Hunter Zolomon would have a strong point about being a better hero
So if we had to use a speedster in like S5 or as a dumb twist in 4, which will be better:

Interesting. But that's another villain who would never kill present Barry. Every villain so far has always had a motive behind keeping Barry alive. Would be fun to have a villain who actually wants him dead from the beginning.
Yeah I remember reading about Hunter's powers not being speed but slowing down time around him or something like that. It seems like they always need the main villain to be someone who's close to Barry so they can build up to a reveal so they had to fuck up Savitar's character.
It's a shame this show is tied to all the other CW shows. I really want this show to time skip until we eventually reach the point where Barry has to save himself completing the circle.

Somehow they're going to combine them all into one character and name him Inertia/Professor/Zoom/Cobalt Blue. Has time manipulation powers, backstory of Cobalt Blue, etc.
They've been doing that so far so I don't see how they can just have one character who isn't a combination of villains.

Come on, lol. Of course there will be a mystery. That's the one thing about this show and that is the mystery of who the villain is!
I will riot if it turns out that the thinker is another mentor or someone close to barry instead of it being some villain

They could go out a limb and make the villain Ultraman or something. In the crossover, no one could do shit to hurt Supergirl, so someone of her caliber would actually be a real threat, even if he's slower.
Because he was having more fun hopping from building to building.

With that much speed and.... friction(?) why didn't Barry just melt the ice? These are questions we would never know the answers to.... Well besides Speed Force.

Speed Force removes friction, but he can't run on ice because of reduced traction.

Couldn't he just, ya know, make Speed Force Ice Skates and skate on the ice? If he can conjure up a Speed Force suit then he should be able to make Speed Force skates, right?
I still find it funny that Stern Look Frost still managed to go as fast, if not faster than Barry......

I think it was more like two villains instead of one. Im pretty sure they will not go the speedster route again though.
