Usually just take names and limit or no limit on how many can enter. Some people give better odds to people who have received nothing as well.

If its not gone yet, Id love River King! Im a huge Natsume fan, and have almost every harvest moon, and I had River King for Brick Gameboy and loved it....and then lost it I even called that ripoff Nintendo 3.00$ per min. hot line for help on the game, and they couldnt help me.
