photomode is awesome, so show us your cars in all its glory!

I'd start off but I dunno where to host images...

My current car garage includes:

Cadillac Cien
R32 Skyline
Toyota RSC Rally
Nismo 400R
Toyota Triathlon
Chevy Chevelle SS 454
Ford GT

thx.

to start things off:

Holy shit that looks real! I walk down that street like three or four times a week... it's scarily accurate!

Does GT4 let you send your photos to a PC or something?

I saw your question earlier, and was waiting for someone to answer you, but I guess you have figured it out. Anyway, what are the correct settings?

Under options for photo lab, you have to set both Memory Card image quality & USB memory stick image quality to 'super fine'. Basically before I thought I set it to 'super fine' already, but it turned out that I had only set the USB image quality to 'super fine'. The default for both is 'standard'.

If you guys can, resize images to 600x450 por favor =)

Cool it's nice to see somebody using photo mode with one of the pickups... are there alot of trucks in GT4?

Yeah, you can save your pics to a USB flsh drive. I just went and bought the ceapest one I could find: a Lexar JumpDrive Sport 128 MB.

I took pics of the trucks just cuz it's funny to see them in GT4, heh...but there is a Truck race in the beginners area so you kinda have to get a truck and race it so you can complete it.

From what I undertand these trucks are in GT4:
2005 Toyota Tacoma X-Runner
2003 Ford F-150 SVT Lightning
2002 Chevy Silverado SST Concept
2004 Dodge Ram Hemi

Edit: corrected car years

in Photo Drive mode, or save any replay and when you watch it in replay theater, you can take pics from it.

Real cars dont roll around, they fly

Nice indeed

Even with the wheel weighed down like that I bet I could manage to knock everything over in a casual playing session *pictures self twisting DS2 around to 90°* :b

I have a few other cars of course, but I've been too busy (school and playing GT) to take some nice pictures of them.

I had not planned on picking GT4 up anytime soon, but the photo mode and CompUSA's $37.99 price have probably changed that...

How is playing the game in B-Spec mode anyway? I'm not nearly as much interested in actually racing as I am in managing the race at this point...

well I tried B spec around the ring a bit but just for a 2 lap race... I got the driver to do roughly what a wanted... though even in overtake mode, it's NOT as daring as any player would be,, sometimes I found myself screaming at it to overtake, wich it did not do even if he was in a long straight, right in the draft of the other car and lifting off the throttle not to bump into it...

ugh...

still, it was leading by half of the first lap and I just scaled it back to steady for the rest, and went to make some coffee...

It's probably more fun for endurance races when you have to manage a full race strategy for fuel and tires...

A quick pic I took. Finally have a use for the 32 MB MS Duo that came in the PSP value pack, it's perfect to store GT4 pics :lol

i'm plugging in the MS Pro to the PS2 through a USB card reader, not while in the PSP. might work that way as well, I don't have the cable to verify that though.

Damn. GT generally bores the shit out of me, but those pics look so good, I may have to snag it anyway.

Jesus Christ, I am literally giddy from looking at these shots. My copy will be here any day now.

same here, I neeeeed this! I swear, I think this is it. This is what's going to push me to get a job. Some component cables, the wheel, and Gt4. Hell, throw in MVP and Xbox Live. Either way, I need to get off my ass and get the money for it. *weeps* This one's too damn sexy too. It's hard to find videogame on this pic.

Here's some other pictures i took yesterday,
Some of those cars are quite ugly though, it's hard to make them look good.
I'm wondering why there's 700 cars in this game... prolly for the pretty number.
