Hybrid indeed. Cover looks like a mash up between Ghost in the Shell and Metal Gear.

I have listened to OST many times but never got to play the game lol.

Nebulous did a professional quality job at translating Lord Monarch on MegaDrive, you should give it a try if you haven't played this game already.
