You're quite clearly mental.
Thank you Haribo, that made my day. Hopefully you feel better about yourself now.

That looks really, really, really fun. Aesthetic reminds me of Jet Car Stunts, but the gameplay seems a lot like that marble game that's on XBLA. I'd be happy to test, but I'd also be happy to pay for itThought this may be of interest to persons in this thread...
Here's a gameplay video of my iOS/Android game, Chopper Mike, running at 60 frames per second, fully pixel lit on a Samsung Galaxy S2! Also works on iPhone 4/4S/5, iPad and Android tablets too!
The menus are in flux... all going to be changed. And I know it says 'shop' but that's coming out. 99p and the whole game is yours! Should be out next month.
If anyone wants to test on iPhone 4/4S/5 or iPad, just PM me your apple id email address. Only do this if you're *really* going to test it as slots are limited.

Done. I'm keeping my iPad 2 and not buying iPad 4.
As a current iPad 3rd generation owner and former iPad 2 owner, I don't think I could ever go back to a non retina display. So the current iPad mini is already dead in the water as far as I'm concerned.

Unless you're searching New Zealand, you're a day too early.
A few folks might be interested to know there is now available a Lite version of Battle Academy (that's the "hardcore" $20 cross-platform WWII tank strategy game).

Cool! I've been meaning to try this out for awhile.Squids Wild West is currently free today, a superb game which everyone should give a go.
Damn, figured it was coming out with the rest of the games, thanks.

It's really good. Does anyone know what does unlocking the full version gets you?
I'm assuming the iPhone 5 won't fit?
Full version just gets you more in-game themes.
But yep, Letterpress is a great game.

Letterpress is sooooooo good
What's the problem? This definitely isn't your typical runner. It pretty much is a brawler on rails.Downloaded punch quest only to find out that it's an endless runner. Damn.

Same, and it's free. I can't understand how anyone could complain. What's the problem? This definitely isn't your typical runner. It pretty much is a brawler on rails.
It's probably one of the most impressive games I've played in a while.

ok this looks really awesome!
Just started playing Penny-Arcade 3 on my iPad last night, and when I hit the can at work I loaded it up on my iPhone to continue my game. No cloud saves! That kinda sucks...defies the purpose of a Universal App in a way, doesn't it.
Can anybody confirm this? Is there anything I have to do to activate it or something?
@wilflare Hey Wilson you'll be happy to know the iphone 5 #Polara update is in Apple's hands, will be deploying soonish we hope!
I am not feeling letterpress at all. Maybe I don't get it. Played a few games yesterday. Totally forgettable besides the looks.
We just announced that our first iOS game, Arc Squadron, is coming out next Thursday, Nov 1 on iPhone and iPad.. hope you guys like it

That looks amazing, looking forward to it!
I just don't like endless runners in general, and I totally wasn't expecting this from Mage gauntlet's dev.
Yeah, I wouldn't say it makes it pointless since the game is really fun, and playing friends and family is always more fun with things like this anyway, but win loss records would be nice.man Letterpress really needs some kind of wins/losses tracking, makes winning or losing games kinda pointless
You can actually so that in Punch Quest, blocking makes you stand still.I dont really like them either except canabalt they need to start making endless runners where you can stop. Double tap to start running again or something.
I'm sure this is a recurring question in this thread, but I'm after some gaming recommendations for games to download for iOS. I'm 99% sure I'm going to pick up an iPad Mini, and gaming is one of the features I'm most interested in.
Obviously I know of stuff like Angry Birds and Cut the Rope, so I'm looking to avoid those sort of recommendations, but what are some of the other better games on iOS? Is there a particularly good resource for reviews or coverage of iOS stuff these days?
Like games like Civilization? King of Dragon Pass.
Like tower defence? Kingdom Rush.
Like simulation games? Gamedev Story.
Like screaming 'objection'? Ace Attorney.
Like boardgames? Catan and Carcassonne.
That's some suggestions to start you off.![]()
