Definitely looks ND

Hnnnnggghhhh

This sure was a damn well kept "secret". Holy shit.

The youtube account was created in 2006. I think they will really push the PS3 to its limits.
Wow..just wow

Why the fuck is everyone so down on zombies? Seriously, they're not that overused. We have Resident Evil, L4D, and...Dead Rising as the only big zombie series' I can think of. I haven't played a zombie game since RE5, so it's hard for me to understand where all this hate is coming from.

Trailer is great, and I can't believe that ND created an entire second team and has been developing this game all in secret. I wondered what was going on when the MP guy from UC2 got promoted to game directer on UC3. ND are my favorite developers out there, and I love the I Am Legend vibe going on here. Can't wait for more info, and I am officially shocked and hyped.

Also, I already really like that girl character, after only like a 2 minute trailer. ND are so good at characters.

Being that I haven't played a zombie game since Resident Evil 4 first came out, which means I haven't played a true zombie game since Resident Evil 2 came out, I don't really have the same genre exhaustion that everyone else is experiencing.

Zombie stuff is annoying because it's as tired as tired gets but there's been a lot of legitimately good shit made with it, which makes it so hard to avoid.

How did it resemble Uncharted?

Of course I could be wrong, but based on what little we've seen it looks like it's going to be a cinematic survival adventure with an emphasis on sharp dialogue and relationships between the characters. I wouldn't be surprised if the animations are based on the Uncharted tech (and why wouldn't they be after all the work they've put into it?). Will there be climbing? Probably.

I just hope there's real exploration and some depth to the gameplay. As good as it looks, it's hard to believe it might be more open than Uncharted.

To emphasize my main point: It didn't look exactly like Uncharted, but compared to the possibilities I was imagining based on the slowly-revealed info and hype circus, this looked a lot more like Uncharted than something mind-blowingly innovative. Basically, I really wanted to be impressed by the game's scope or core concept, not simply the game's pedigree.

Of course, I'm still totally interested in this game.

The old grizzled guy is so getting infected.

Only question remains is if he off himself in a last grasp at humanity or do you have to do it MGS3 style?

This looks SOOOO fucking good. I'm not a big ND groupie, but consider me hyped.

ok watched the trailer.

Pretty graphics. At first I was thinking it was just gonna be L4D clone but it wasnt going there. Still looks Generic as hell though. Need more info.

And I REALLY dont like the idea of naughty dog dividing there attention. you could tell something was off for Uncharted 3... now we know why.

there is a new zombie game every five seconds, KingK, so you're clearly not paying attention.

I'm just waiting to hear how it'll play though. Uncharted left a lot to be desired in that arena so I'm hoping for less 'let every shitty player win' attitude and more skill requirements.

Also I don't normally care for Ellen Page but she does work well as a game character for some reason, artistically.

So this is why Uncharted 3 was disappointing. Because they split in half and worked on this at the same time. Lame.

Of everything thematically different they could have made to Uncharted, with some of the best tech in the world, they essentially make the same thing but with a zombie apocalypse. Creativity is dead.

Amazing surprise, no one expected a new IP from Naughty Dog on PS3, people were all about "They have already moved on the PS4".
So no Unkarted :D and I'm so happy about that. This looks so promising, seems a mix of "I am Legend" and Enslaved.

What if it's about two characters working together in a semi-open environment?

everything about this game is ... hnnnnghhhhh

want this SO fucking bad.

you shut ur face.

My jaw actually dropped. Holy fuck. Naughty Dog are changing the definition of video game every time they release something. And Ellen Page is awesome.

So there's still new IPs to come from Santa Monica, Quantic Dreams, Guerrilla Games, and Sucker Punch. They can't all be for PS3 right?
