Are these the heaviest recommended requirements that i ever seen??

a motherfucking i5 9600?

Well it's official, my 8600k doesn't cut it anymore...

The game doesn't even look mindblowing in terms of graphic...maybe there is a lot of physics?!

It definitely does look graphically more intense than most games on the market right now.
Intense is not exactly the word i would choose...especially cpu side.

It looks great, i give you that, but far from mindblowing.

We don't really know much about it, but it seems like they are rendering two worlds simultaneously in what we have seen. So maybe that's where the extra CPU grunt is required.
Isn't that all gpu+ssd work mostly?

I didn't noticed any impressive physics or large numbers of npc\enemies\ia or other things that are commonly associated with cpu work.

but maybe i'm wrong.

I agree with you it looks nice but it's far from the best lmao.

We need this computing power to support two worlds simultaneously.

In dual-reality sequences it is as like two different games (different world and influence) are running simultaneously on the same PC. This is not a simple texture change. With that in mind - In my opinion using GeForce® GTX 1060 as the minimum requirement is justified "

It's a game coded for new console, stands to reason requirements will still go up.

9600 over 8600k gets you what, 10% at most? You can make that up with overclocking. You're fine.

Never overclocked anything in my life:lollipop_grinning_sweat:

One of these days i'm gonna open a topic asking for help to optimize my rig.

Come on now, you should know better if you game on PC. Reccomended settings are always overblown, especially when it comes to cpu's. The game reccomends a 3700X but i'll bet my right arm that my 2700X uses at most 50% per core at 60fps..

Yeah i know but it's the first time that i see such high requirements, i was being a bit over-dramatic :lollipop_squinting:

I still have to upgrade my cpu anyway, a 8600k is gonna bottleneck my future gpu and i kinda wanna try an amd cpu after so many years of intel.
