Pick some gametype/map from the favorites or in the files forum, no one wants to play it for more than a few games or unless it's in matchmaking. Even if its good, no one wants to play it unless everyone else is playing it.


I take it back, people jump all over it if it's in the favorites.

The Chopper only adds more one-person wreckage. They need a vehicle for transportation. There is none (aside from a human vehicle... in Covies ... ... ...). The Prowler would succeed that and work well. If not, although I think it will work nicely, then take it out in the next update. Why not give it a try? Its turret cannot be THAT bad. And based off the Spectre from Halo 2, it'll be a deadly vehicle to ram vehicles and poor little bastards in the fields at Valhalla.

I agree. The Chopper is the Covies version of the Warthog. Who doesn't like the Warthog? Nobody. The main problem with Covies is that it's a Ghost-fest, so a Prowler would change that.

Besides, from playing the campaign I seem to recall it having a fairly powerful turret. I really wish Bungie would give this a shot, seeing as people already don't like Covies. Who knows, maybe it'll be a fun addition.
 
I'm not a huge VIP fan, but I don't think it's as bad as it's being called out to be. I'd select it on certain maps over a good batch of some of other gametypes out there. Put a few Choppers and Prowlers (for flag/bomb moving) in Covies - nothing to change the world, just enough to mix it up - and I'd be happy.

I wonder what happened to Halo 2's removed "Headhunter" gametype. I was really pulling for it to be in Halo 3.

and their pictures SUCK its like scenery and crap. and all of its been done before

bungie favorites suck now why is it just bungie employees all in there i thought this was for the fans

I lawl'd when people hated on Bungie Favorites for the past two weeks. I think the best screens I've seen out of Bungie Favorites' lifetime were these past two weeks from AJ.

Guys there's no reason we couldn't all band together and compile our own best pictures, clips, and maps for Luke's Favouritism.

I mean apart from the reason that half of you can't stand the other half (in spite -- or perhaps because! -- of the fact you play with each other nightly), and not even Laughtrey likes Laughtrey.

This is actually one of the nicer ones I've received. I deleted a slew of pretty egregious, yet still hilarious ones. Did not know that twelve-year olds were familiar with those kinds of words.
 
About BR vs. AR, I shall play for the AR team. I like being able to move around the map.

The last time I had access to my 360 I was working on a Two Boxes remake, provisionally titled 'Three Boxes', but it takes a long time to place a box in Forge. Suffice to say it is in testing.
 
There were also complaints from hardcore devotees of Two Boxes that some of the boxes (two of them, as it turns out) in Three Boxes differed in size from the boxes in the original, despite my reassurances that this was impossible given the available toolset.
