Dude its been that way for like the last few days really. And the quitting is really out of hand. I can't get through a match without at least 1 guy quitting from one of the teams.

They need to make an update for Halo 3 where if you quit a match, it sits idle for like 2 minutes before taking you back to the menu. Its gotta be a total pain in the ass to quit and start up a new game. Maybe that would cut down on the bailers.

I approve of this idea.

I really like big team games, but it is hard to find a big team game where no one quites.

With GAF games, it shouldn't be a problem at all. Most people here who do play online, do it for the fun of it, regardless of stats.

For example, Joates is highly ranked in Forza 2, yet when he plays with us and one of us less experienced drivers do something stupid and take him out, he still plays. Sure, it hurts his ranking if his car is busted and he's last, but he sticks with it. A lot of people here are like that, extremely competitive, but they never turn into assholes.

I was amazed at how Joates was online with Forza. That's a perfect example.

“You fight with all the tools you have.” Unlike the scripted Halo 2 original, this Scarab is AI-controlled. “We don’t want to do boss battles – it’s just another part of the sandbox,” he continues. It’s hard not to think of the Scarab as a boss, but it’s certainly a more open-ended, large-scale foe than the term usually refers to.

Very happy that they're not going to do traditional, artificial-'pattern' boss battles.
