That would be Vice City, my friend. In my opinion, Halo 3 won't even touch the success that this game had, especially because everyone and its mother owned a Ps2 back then.

I don't know. Maybe my memory isn't serving me very well, but I really don't remember this much hype for Vice City. I do remember it selling well, but i don't think it had all the media attention that Halo 3 has. Sure it was the sequel to GTA3, and all the controversy surrounding it, but I would classify that more as criticism than hype. But meh, i could be way off.

and it's not about my halo 3 avatar. i was pretty fucking hyped for vice city. but the hype surrounding halo 3 is 10x it ever was for vice city.
