It is.

Laurie I get as he was only really know in the UK at the time, plus played Prince George in Blackadder III, which was set in a similar time period to the video.

Not sure what Malkovich is doing there. Maybe he's just huge Annie Lennox fan. Who can blame him?

What a song. What an album. Maybe I'm a little biased because this album made up a huge part of my youth. I had my first serious girlfriend, my first love, in 2000 and we used to listen this album all the time. This was our favourite track and whenever I hear it I'm reminded of her and that summer we had together.
