PS5 needing games is fake news. Yotei came out less than a month ago and I'm enjoying it a hell of a lot more than Outer Worlds.

I agree \ that Yotei is great (I am 30 hours in) but Sony fanboys are insufferable.

- HDR is broken, it dims everything. SDR has black crush.
- AMD users can enable frame generation if they create an engine.in file with the correct variables. Check nexus mods for more info. It works better than AFMF. Also DLSS FG is kinda broken with reshade.
- TAA in-game is locked to 66%. Its a bug. If you want 100% TAA for your resolution, switch to TSR - set it to custom 100, apply, then switch back to TAA. it should retain the 100% setting and look alot sharper.
Im on a 9070xt and ive been following the Renodx guys, i cant get the latest HDR mod working so im waiting for now. FG works really well though.

Peoples who didn't even try to play Avowed sure are 100% certain they made the right decision. Grifters told me it was bad, ha ha ha, I cannot form an opinion myself, I would be out of the herd and not be cool like peoples saying "AVOIDED"

I'm probably not right in the head, but I enjoyed Avowed a little more than Expedition 33. Avowed can't hold a candle to Expedition 33's writing and characters. It's certainly got its issues. But as a game I enjoyed Avowed more. I preferred the world, exploration and gameplay. Both where highly enjoyable for me. Can't wait to jump into Outer Worlds 2 today.

It's a complete mixed bag. You will get the fanboys that eat whatever slop mixed with the angry fanboys that aren't happy it doesn't live up to their best.
Safest thing with any fan aggregation of reviews, wait 1-2 weeks, and look at the most recent once the launch hype fizzles out to see more level-headed reactions.
