Re-watch The Waterboy. Problem solved.I'm trying to drift back into the classic Skitchin' voice. It's been a while since I've watched an Adam Sandler movie.

I played the demo and it made me extremely angry. The touchscreen just didn't seem to want to register my input, and the dumb thing wouldn't let me use the perfectly functional buttons to pick a level. Also, it's a shame that I can't use the Vita's wonderful dpad to control sackboy. They need to cut the story way back on these things, too.
Otherwise, it's exactly the same as the other three LBP games in the last four years, so, whatever, you know if you like that or not. It's like Sony's NSMB.
Why do they need to cut the story stuff back? What sense does that make? Those fuckers are giving me too much content!!
By story stuff I mean the cutscenes and all the talking.
I almost feel like we are talking about different games completely.
it's so whimsical and British and I tried to skip
I really need to buy a 3ds and mario just so I can play it whenever someone's talking about something I don't care about.
This episode just made me feel really good. Tokyo Jungle and Neo Geo Pocket Color discussion brought me back to 1999, the mik minute (EA Sports, LittleBigPlanet) was fun, and the jokes!
Are any of you 4 fans of the Fire Pro Wrestling series, either in the Human or Spike eras? I think you're in good spots to analyze it without freaking out about the casual-ization and American-ization of it. I'm curious.
"Little Big Planet does not want to be your pity fuck, Mister"
Mike is on fire this episode.
I want a podcast that is just Mike reviewing other gaming podcast
I would listen to this.I want a podcast that is just Mike reviewing other gaming podcast
I'm wondering why I ever stopped listening to this podcast. Completely forgot how good it was.
I am in the opposite boat. Found the ranting about Jeff Cannata to be really obnoxious and to be honest the sort of high and mighty attitude these guys have about anyone they perceive as taking it too seriously to be a turn off.
I gave up the podcast for a while and only really picked it up because I have enough time each week to listen to a bunch. I think I'm better off just not listening.
Sorry, but taking what too seriously? My position on this is actually to take it more seriously. If you're under embargo then don't talk about that game. Especially don't tell me as a listener how interesting and awesome the secret game is but then cut off the discussion or description with "but I can't talk about it." It does your listener no favours. It comes off as bragging and elitist.
Would you say that is the way that they say it that bothers you, or just the fact that is mentioned?
For me is the way that is mentioned.
There's a huge difference (for me) between?
Person 1: What did you do over the weekend? or What did you play?
Person 2: Spend most of the weekend playing games under embargo.
Then they move on to what they can talk about. I'm ok with this.
I have a problem when they go to basically teasing the audience on how awesome whatever they are playing and how they can't talk about it.
