This video is allegedly from 30 East Drive, the most "haunted" house in England.

Now, the story behind this is that the house is privately owned and used for ghost tours. The video was, apparently, filmed by the cleaner and one of the keyholder, Carol, who also lives in the street. To prove to her friends that the house was haunted. She decided to go in there at night and live stream (or just film) what happened.

I don't believe this is real (how convenient that the cleaner filmed this intense encounter in a home used for ghost tours), but it is impressive how it's made. The reactions also seem genuine, which makes the encounter more believable.

I promise there are no jump scares, but listen with the volume up. There are some impressive and creepy noises (talking, growling) that make it an intense watch, even though I think it's fake (also watch it in the house alone, with the lights turned off - You're welcome)
