Actually, my reply was up before it was moved, as I saw it after a complete logout and refresh after my reply (thanks to the lab computer logging me off the forum). Teiresias wins.

Maybe Mo and Rudy will walk off the court together tonight in the middle of the game, hand in hand.

That's why I wrote "teiresias-owned!" instead of "teiresias, owned!". You owned him with your quick reply, and then.....it's all in the punctuation, and the details, you se....never mind. You suck at the internet.

Actually, I've seen the "teiresias-owned" used in both ways on the internet to mean I would have done the owning and I got the owning, until there's an official internet grammar usage guide I'll cover my back! :lol

Anyway, enjoy the NBA!!!!! Who's throwing the first chair?

Sportscenter a while ago mentioned something like Phil Jackson is intrigued by this Laker team and that Lamar Odom would fit well in the triangle lol

They also tossed out a whole laundry list of names that could potentially replace Rudy T, and mentioned several head coaches that may become available when summer rolls around (Nate McMillian, Rick Adleman, etc..etc).

Get Eric Musselman! :D

edit: OMG, why is the media blaming Kobe now? WTF?!?! >_<

Kobe's going to get blamed for this, Shaq and Phil are gone and the Lakers are in one of the worst freefalls in the league right now team stability-wise. Any purported "leader" would take the heat in such a situation, especially one whose presence (regardless of whose fault it was) ushered out the old regime.

Blame Kobe for Rudy's health problems? O_o

ESPN said:
Tomjanovich's health and his dissatisfaction with the way the Lakers are playing -- at 23-19 they are seventh in the Western Conference, and Kobe Bryant remains out due to an ankle injury -- contributed to the decision, sources told Bucher.

O_o

Not like any coach is gonna come right out and say "I hate this fucking team, fuck these assholes, they are making me quit," but that's about as close as you get to it what with the PR edge these moves always get. I'm sure he'll downplay the "this team sucks" thing and play up the "health/personal reasons" thing once the Lakers PR gets a hold of him again though. It's not like he's been a great coach at all, but it's naive to say Kobe should just get through this without anyone so much as looking at him since The Kobe Project is already in fucking shambles.

Buahahahahahahahaha! Lakers am cry. Bail the fuck out, bitches. This ship's going down faster than a hooker with a hundred dollar bill. Should we still spread the blame around, or have we finally found the culprit. Would the guilty party please step forward and raise his hand?

damn...the fucking Bulls/Wizards game over3 weeks away is sold out already. WTF, Chicago? Sure doesn't take us long to get back behind our team....

Well, we traded in our tickets for the Wizards game to get tickets for the Kings game two weeks from today....which is fine by, since I'd rather see the Kings play anyway.
Came down to either the Rockets or Kings, and we chose the Kings.

good choice picking the kings over the rockets, em. watching the rockets you're liable to be put asleep. :lol

no wonder the Spurs keep losing to the Rockets

vince killed us in that third quarter. him and kidd combined for the nets' first 17 points of that quarter.

I watched the game and Nash's ejection had no bearing on the outcome :lol Grizz just played defense and the Suns didn't. Man, they were without 2 starters too (Gasol and Posey) :o

PS: Pups just lost to the Bucks too :lol
