Delegates got the necessary signatures for a roll call vote in an effort to unbind delegates, chair ignored it tried to move on and then abandoned the stage.

they rammed through approval on the rules governing the convention. the chair simply ignored the dissenting voters and promptly left the stage to a chorus of jeers and angry delegates wanting to have their mics turned on so they could speak.

Basically. They called a voice vote on the preapproved rules and completely ignored the nays and even shouted them down. And then abandoned ship and muted the floor mics when the nays got super pissed.
