Much much better episode this week. I was so worried after the premier was such a confusing snoozer, but this week was much better. I'm really starting to like Glenn Close's character too. Gotta say next week's looks fucking awesome. Can't wait to see Vic on the prowl again and watch them seize property. That's gonna open up some real interesting angles.

Aceveda sure dropped my jaw this week. Woulda never thought he'd steal that tape and get off on it like that. Crazy.

Still not completely sold on Close's character. I think her siezure plan is pushed by some corrupt undercurrents. Could be wrong. Vic and Shane are being played against one another by Antoine.

I agree. The series picked up a tad. I bet Asaveda will be raping hoes mid by season.

I liked the episode a lot. The mustard had me rolling on the floor with laughter. Also in good shield fashion there was a super sick and uncomfortable moment with Asaveda and the tape. I would say the writers did a great job to transition the show in only 2 episodes. I like how shane is becoming like old vic. I kinda like the close character because she seems to be set on letting vic loose on the streets and letting him kick ass. The preview to next week made my jaw drop. If the episode is half as good as the preview then it will be an instant classic.

It was a much, much better episode. I was greatly pleased, that's the shield I know and love.

One of the best episodes ever in my opinion. The only one that may have topped it was the second episode of the second season with the whole face grilling. Next episode looks better.

The face grilling is what cemented the shield as a top 5 show on TV for me.

That was Scar Tissue.

The whole ending of that episode was awesome. Then the next ep showing vic cleaning himself of Armadillo's blood. All intense.

Nice to see Vic give Dutchboy some verbal assaults this season :lol
