So I finally got around to setting up my DirecTV account with Simpsons world and I log in but whenever I run an episode I get
With a never ending buffering sign. I have a DirecTV tv package so I'm not sure why it's doing this. The service isn't a premium last I had heard.

I love the fact that the majority of gifs are from seasons 1-7 which are pure genius
I grew up in the 90s and had the best of The Simpsons
Newer episodes today are no way near as good, is this because i grew up in the 90s?
Will today's kids look back and say the 00's Simpsons are the best even after watching the 90's episodes?

I started watching The Simpsons in 2000-2001 when I was 6-7, but since I'm French we were way behind the USA, so the episodes I watched back then were still the classic ones. Honestly I can watch a random episode of S11 to S18 and have a good time, but I clearly prefer the episode from the 90s.
Nah, it's because the humor, story writing and the characters have totally changed.

Lenny's fez disappears, too. That's after he goes smiling down into the barrels. Overall that whole scene is pretty sloppy.
I mean, look at this:
The guy in the middle is way smaller than Homer, but it somehow drawn as though he's in front of him. Homer would have to be enormous here for this to work. Also, there's no definition whatsoever on Homer's legs, he's just a big blue blob below the belt.

Looking at the old episode segments from the trailer, MAAAAAN, did they abuse the hell out of the digital noise reduction. Is a smeary mess really that preferable to just a little bit of film grain?
