Julie Kavner, she voices all the Bouviers (except Marge's dad of course). She's 67 and her voice is going hard, it's very noticeable in Marge the last few seasons. There was a promo out there for the Season 26 premiere where Marge had a very strained voice.

All the actors are getting old. I heard the reason Barney never shows up is that Dan says doing his voice is too hard now.,

They released a promo of an upcoming episode (maybe this is what you’re talking about) where they didn’t autotune Julie Kavner’s voice and... woof. She does not sound good at all.

I can do a good Barney. Hire me, Simpsons!
