Holy shit.

The second to last episode of the season just ended and damn was it good.
Rest in peace, Stringer Bell. I'm going to miss him badly.

I don't know what's going to happen next episode. Everything just got shook up, hardcore. Not that everything wasn't getting shook before with every different division and political body working their own angle.

Four scenes really stood out as great pieces of character interation. Really stunning stuff:

McNulty and D'Agostino at dinner - I was pleased to see him leave that situation. What a bitch.

Colvin and Stringer in the cemetery- It was fun to see them together, and just the similarities between their situations were really interesting.

Stringer and Avon reminiscing - This scene was just fucking moving. Such great writing and acting, there was no doubt in my mind that they grew up together and did all that stuff, and then to watch them drift apart... really fantastic cinema.

Cutty looking for money from Avon - Besides the great gag at the end, it was pretty nice to see that different side to Avon. I've really been enjoying Cutty's arc too.

Rest In Piss Stringer. That was for Wallace!

I have to admit though it was weird seeing Stringer in such a helpless situation.

This show has gotten so good. A part of me wishes String would have just jumped out of the window instead of acceping their lead. I especially hate that bowtie mofo with the collard greens up his ass.

Yeah he looked so pitiful when he said, "Damn ah guess it's nothin I can say to change your minds." or something like that. He didn't even look like a criminal then, just a sad, stressed out businessman which is kinda what he was becoming. Business man or not, he went out like a fucking O.G. tonight! :D

Great episode.

I love how Stringer didn't bitch up at the end... Me, I would've jumped out the window on some 'one last chance' sh!t. Only 2 stories up from what I could tell.

I love the scene with Avon and Stringer drinking, side-plotting on one another.

I have a feeling Avon is gonna get it next ep... I'm sure it'll end up being somewhat of a cliff hanger.

Last night's episode really made me question the existance of season 2.

Great episode. I'm really going to miss Bell. He was easily my favorite character. They have a lot of stuff to wrap up next episode.

What's the name of the actor that plays Stringer? I heard him in an interview and could've sworn he had a British accent...

With a name like that, he must be a Brit.

Damn good actor tho. How do they manage to hide their accents like that?
