I mean, yeah, super cool, would have bought in 2015 back when I was putting 100 hours into the game. Even bought the Witcher pendent and hardback guide.

Now? I mean it's still cool, but meh.

I mean....fuck man. I really want it, but 80 bucks for an Xbox controller when I haven't paid over 45 for one the whole Gen, that's a tough pill to swallow. Might have to skip it, looks outstanding though.

Before any more "what year is this" gifs, it's to celebrate the game's 10th anniversary.
I get why they are doing it and it does look cool

But like... the game itself has kinda lost its steam, as is normal, and it's base for the most part is no longer playing it. I was OBSESSED and I never finish games, damn sure finished that one though. Great game.

That said, you let Dark Souls have a badass controller and I WILL BUY DAY ONE!

It looks fantastic, a beautiful design, and I would love to have it, but these days I'm struggling to spend €80 on a new controller when I already have five different ones at home.

That said, XBOX really puts a lot of effort into the special editions of its controllers, and they generally result in very good designs rather than bad ones.

Just ordered the standard controller version- looks too good to pass up. I needed another controller anyways as both my kids play games now, so perfect timing.

Maybe, but controllers are big biz

On Steam alone, 60% of all controllers are Xbox while Dualsense has 26%.

To me, nothing beats an Xbox pad. They perfected it.
Any Xinput controller is seen by Steam as an Xbox controller.

There is a surprising amount of people who buy Xinput controllers from Chinese companies. All of those show up as "Xbox controllers", and a lot of them are vastly better made.

Maybe, no idea. I know I have over the years had a few xbox knockoff pads, they were awful to me and felt nasty and cheap, cause they were.

Everyone who's a PC gamer I have ever known has 3-4 Xbox pads laying around, the real ones of course.

They should bring back the limited edition consoles. My Gears One S is hands down the most badass console I have ever owned.

I really like that elite controller but I cannot justify getting one with all of the problems people continue having with them. I wish they would address this or make another one with improvements.

Honestly, I'm a little disappointed they didn't try their hand at making a special edition Indiana Jones controller. That could have had a lot of potential for fun designs.
