Cards were cringe af. Even my horny teenage ass thought so in 2007. I hope that they will remove or replace them with something more tasteful in the remake.

I have no doubts they will remove cards. Even back at times when they released Witcher 2 they were saying these cards were a stupid idea and they wanted to move on from them. If I remember correctly, even that cancelled remake / port of TW1 to PS3 and X360 was supposed to remove them

It might be concurrent, but the bulk of the companies resources are on W4, and once that's done hundreds of people will be reassigned to help complete Orion.
Some people will probably be transferred, but not that many. W4 is worked on in their main studio in Warsaw and Orion is being worked on in Boston. They specifically opened new studio in USA to tap into local talent.

The Witcher 4 dev says it takes 5-6 years to make a game after the idea's conception - but isn't saying when The Witcher 4 was thought up
Game development obviously takes a lot of time
Loads of wording subtlety. I think it's gonna be 2027 game. And I wonder if they can keep the promise to their investors that the new trilogy will be delivered within 6 years.

No, they said the Remake will come after Project Polaris, they first game on the new trilogy. The Remake is being made by another team but they will certainly use the work being developed by the main team.
