I think I could manage. ;b

This is awesome. Where is this?

Bungie is way harder. The feeling of the rope pulling you over the edge and forcing yourself to jump. The swings normally have a cord either you or they can pull depending on how scared you are. Ive only done the Taupo bungie but not the swing. I dont much like heights so was fricken scary. But that made it all the better.

I'm sure it's a lot of fun, but I'd rather do another bungee jump. Even more so considering that you actually can do a bungee jump just a few meters next to this thing lol.

As soon as I've see the gif I knew it was in Queens Town.

Ha ha, so true!

I would do that before bungie jumping..which my biggest fear for bungie jumping is that it will snap my vertebrae

I was a bit worried myself, but the ropes they use are so elastic that you won't feel any pain. It's not a sudden stop.

I bungee jumped from that place, it was awesome, they weren't doing the swing thing back then (at least as far as I know) I would have totally done it.
I really need to go back to New Zealand, they're not doing that "welcome to middle earth" passport stamp bullshit no more, right?
Because there is no way I'm traveling with that shit on me.

Pretty sure that's Valle Verzasca.
It's a gorgeous place and a brilliant jump.

I'm really, really, really afraid of heights but I'd do that. And Skydive. And do the craziest rollercoasters.

fear of spiders > Logic > fear of death

I don't know why but the swing absolutely terrifies me ( i get dizzy just thinking about it right now), yet I I have considered sky diving and bungee jumping
Now that i think about it, I guess I imagine myself spinning around doing somersaults in the air if I fall backward out of the swing, which just seems disorienting to me and an espeically shitty way to die.. If I am bungee jumping or skydiving, I feel like the fall is smoother and I can almost die in a peaceful frame of mind by the time I hit the ground. I'll have my bearings about when exactly I am going to die, and I can think ' " well it was fun"

Saw it, assumed it was somewhere on the other side of the world, got disappointed.

Kept reading, it's actually in my country OMG I NEED THIS IN MY LIFE!

I suppose the plus point is the difference between thinking everything is ok and splattering your brains on the rocks is very brief.

That view is deceptively inviting.

imagine how far you could jump

My elementary school put their swings near the fence at the edge of the grounds, which was at the top of a steep hill. I don't know what they were thinking.

I can only imagine the track of brown that would stain the ground after I did that. Holy shit my hands got clammy just watching the gif.
