This is more down to the realistic art style than anything else. Valve have bluenoses on staff, they're just hyperfixated on blocking anime games.

You need to skim that Steam store a bit more theres literally games with penises and vaginas, both drawn anime style or cgi modelled, sex games. I think by default mature games are hidden from the store, you need to check your settings.

Just tried the game and got 5 achievements in like 2 minutes . I donno if Im doing something wrong but theres only one pair of boobs, they should of aded more models and sizes.
