This "list", if anything, is just a loose collection of travel records and witness statements of "I was at an event and these people were there". Any actual hard evidence of sex trafficking would have to be plane records of underage girls which would probably fall on the "crossing state lines" type thing, since you don't need a passport to go to the USVI and with a private plane I'm not sure how accurate any passenger records really need to be though 'legally' they would need to submit a proper passenger list when coming from the USVI back to the US.
Is there a black book of all the people, the dates and girls they banged? Seems like something Ghislaine would do, if only to keep track of who has what tastes. But is it legally admissable? Doubtful. But could pieces of it be leaked if "Donald Trump-slim blonde girls aged 14-16" followed by a list of girls names and dates of sex which could be corroborated with his travel at the time and possibly tied to specific women? If there was such a document and this portion could be release, it 1000000000000000000% would have in the past 4 years of an EXCEEDINGLY hostile admin/news network towards Trump.
The only reason this might not have happened, even if its to "stop Hitler" as the media likes to say, is if releasing this evidence then PROVES that there actually IS a list like that and eventually a new admin gets in or a whistleblower releases more of it.

The way the whole situation is being handled has me thinking the implications of releasing the list could be so huge to the extent that it could shatter the illusion of political/ideological division. I.e. the populace will finally realize how they've been played, I'll say for centuries. Trust in institutions will be unrecoverable, and it could lead to a much needed actual 'drain the swamp' scenario.

The two current heads of the FBI pushed Epstein conspiracy theories before Trump appointed them. And Trump invited a group of Epstein conspiracy influencers to the white house some months ago to propagate Epstein conspiracy material. Seeing the switch up is fascinating because it was pushed so heavily by the current administration.

Who knows what actual evidence they have. Likely flight manifests and witness statements. But nothing that would hold up in court because it isn't illegal to be on a plane with a 17 year old girl and if she won't come forward to say what happened, well, that's the end of it. And Epstein had enough legitimate visitors and events there that it wasn't as if he was running nothing but a brothel service.

There's an interview with Epstein by a journalist during Trump's first presidency where Epstein told them he was best friends with Trump for a decade. And, strangely, he knew all the inner politics and positions inside Trump's WH admin.
