Things have gotten out of hand we need to forgive each other and find common ground.

I usually grill steak medium well, but last week I charred it really good, cut it into beef tips, then soaked it in a sesame teriyaki sauce and cooked that down on the stove to a very thick sauce, and accidentally almost burned the sugar. Laid it on a bed of rice and it was absolutely amazing!

I still like it medium well, but charring it may be a great alternative.

I just wish I had taken a picture of it.

Medium rare all day, steak brother.

I've recently been watching videos of rich YouTube assholes who can afford that crazy Japanese wagyu and I'm insanely jealous. I got to have some American wagyu at $20/oz earlier this year, and it was the best steak I ever had in my life.

Been chasing that dragon ever since.
 
I've tried Ribeye and New York Strip, but they don't do much for me. I can eat a Filet Mignon though. A 6oz is perfect for me, I'm a small dude. Serve that up with some mac and cheese and bread, hell yeah.
 
I like steak but the older I get the less I want to eat large cuts of meat like steak. I do enjoy a fork tender short rib quite a bit these days. Especially with some mushroom gravy and maybe carrots and jasmine rice.
 
I think after this libs should definitely stop saying shit even it's half jokingly like "Someone needs to do it" cuz theres a lot of loons and it's pretty reckless to say that shit

I wish on the other side they could say try to say "she" a bit more instead of going out of their way sometimes to say "it" "that guy" or whatever sometimes as an act of good faith and basic respect to ur fellow man (or woman* :pie_savoring:

IMO we could all learn something from the respect CK showed to everyone

Its time to start building bridges. Not easy, not popular, but it needs to be done. Especially with foreign powers who would very much like to see the states collapse on themsleves.

Guys, guys, we have room for medium AND the far right medium-rare extremists. Even the orthodox "steak tartar" folks, who refuse to eat anything but raw beef on their sabbath, have a place if they can agree to chillax a bit.

The goal is to talk down those well-done apostates into coming back into the fold by renouncing their over-cooked heresy. We must convince them, not with violence, but with TASTE, steaks that aren't seared into the texture of a rubber tire, bland to the point where they must be drowned in a sugary sauce, and devoid of the life essence of the beast from whence it came.
 
NOPE. I won't forgive Sony unless they do these 2 things

1. Move their HQ back to Japan
2. Make Bloodborne sequel

I won't accept anything less
