Thor: Ragnarok Early Reactions

Loki wasn't in that specific shot with Thor's reaction before, but he was in that scene (you could see him in that original overhead shot with Mjolnir's destruction blowing them both away). They were both on earth together looking for Odin after meeting with Doctor Strange. Now this scene appears to be happening elsewhere on earth or in another realm entirely.

Yeah, I just rewatched the trailer. Loki is on Thor's right, which you can see from the overhead view, rather than the left. It looks like they completely reshot that scene. Interesting.

As in marvel always tries to be so inoffensive as possible. Is it a forbidden word on neogaf?

How often do you use 'SJW' in conversation? I have to know.

Reactions sound like Guardians of the Galaxy which I thought was an average movie at best.

Friendly reminder than Iron Man 3 is a top 5 MCU movie, or top 3 depending on the day.

Friendly reminder that Tony Stark didn't think to open his vault of a thousand armors that he was standing directly on top of when his home was attacked by terrorists in helicopters, so he threw a piano at them.

Does anyone find it worrying that Thor is essentially encroaching on Guardians territory??

Let's wait until the movie comes out before making those kinda claims...Taika's style and sense of humor is pretty different from Gunn's. This also appears to lean very hard into the Kirby aesthetic.

This thread took a weird turn lol. I mean, Thor tries to attack Hela with a hammer and in another scene, she blocks another strike. What a weird thing to gripe about.

Been excited for this ever since I saw the Hall H panel for Thor Ragnarok at SDCC. The cast seemed to genuinely love Waititi. Having not heard much about the guy before, I was instantly charmed.

Still can't get over his bit about Polynesian bouncers, lmao.
