Three injured in Arizona shooting, police say

Police said the suspect went to Westgate to "target victims. He wanted to gain some respect and he felt that he had been bullied in his life."

He posted the whole thing on snapchat. Claimed that he did it to get "back at society."

The Westgate Entertainment District includes shops, a theater, restaurants and bars just south of State Farm Stadium, where the NFL's Arizona Cardinals play.

The district announced new restaurant hours May 14 after the state allowed eateries to reopen with new safety protocols to prevent spread of COVID-19.

The state had been open for six days and we're already back to shooting at one another. Police have him in custody.

Hey, Canadian resident here. I actually live very near to the affected area and I've often been driven by the shooter's office too (dental office). It's honestly terrifying to know its proximity—as an addition to the incidents scale and that you never know where something like that will happen or by who.

This is my hometown, I live pretty close by to Westgate and have been many times. Scary shit, this happening. Hope the three victims recover.

And yeah, the shooter is a piece of shit. Fuck him.

Westgate is a decent place to take your family and relax at night if you are into that suburban living. This is a horrible situation and any active shooters are just weak pieces of shit looking for some fame. My heart goes out to the families.
