Tom Brady Exposed as a Closet Donald Trump Supporter

The same Brady who went to see GWB twice, but skipped out on Obama because of a "family engagement", supports a Republican.

I'm shocked.

You does realize that Vince Wilfork was also skipped the most recent Patriots visit to the White House.

I can't believe that this is honestly a story.

Why put Tom Terrific next to all those scrubs? Smart move by nfl.

Edit: dammit wrong Tom Brady hating topic. So many of them.
Edit 2: I don't care about what politics or religions of celebrities I like.

Only 428 days left to go. Vengeance will be yours.

Might not be too late to take the week off in advance.

Still trying to wrap my head around that one man. In the last 15 years alone we've had the worst terrorist attack in history, two long costly wars, and nearly a financial collapse.

But this guy only pays attention on election day because those strangers on the internet are gonna get so salty. The fuck? Guess that explains why a reality star is a serious candidate for President now.

A gay joke?

No, but if you are there's nothing wrong with that.

I just think it's funny that you're so snarky over the fact that Brady doesn't care what people on NeoGAF say - there's no reason to point that out, if that were case.

It's okay. Go ahead and defend your cheating, Trump-supporting sports hero. All you'll lose is NeoGAF friends, right?

I'm a Seahawks fan due to Pete Carrol, so I'm not exactly on Brady's fan club in the least. I don't even think he should have played in the Super Bowl.

Your level of investment in this was unexpected. Sorry for, uh... setting you off with my comment.

Don't flatter yourself. That post took me 20 seconds to type.

I do like how you accuse me of making a gay joke and then pretend like the whole thing was some innocent little jab though ;)

You know I really dislike the Republican party but this thread reminds me why I dislike Democrats (liberals) as well.

Dont get me wrong I am no Brady fan, but calling someone scum because of political beliefs is really immature.

Almost as immature and embarrassing as calling all Republicans racists.

News flash, both parties are full of shit.

I never mentioned you fucking him or even being in the same room. I just pointed out that your valiant defense would give him a warm and fuzzy feeling as he reads all these disparaging remarks on GAF.

Ah, I misunderstood what you meant. Good thing I asked for clarification in the first place!

I'd keep Tom warm all day and night, why are you getting offended by his joke?

Oh I wasn't offended, I just found it strange to hear a joke like that. Good thing I asked, too, because it turns out that you too misinterpreted it.

Oh man he almost assumed you were gay how insulting would that be!

I wouldn't be offended or find it insulting, I just found it strange to make that the basis of an insult. For the very reason that you state: it's nothing to base an insult off of.

Again, I'm glad to learn that it wasn't an insult but was meant in a serious way, about emotional support.

I need to update my lexicon. To keep someone warm at night means to provide general support, and doesn't imply an intimate, perhaps sexual, relationship.

If that's what you're interested, that's cool with me.

I could go into the NFL thread and grab five people that would love to have an intimate relationship with Brady. I don't see why you find that so objectionable.

The fact that this is continuing after I said that I'm glad to have learned the actual meaning of the phrase and realize now what was meant by the statement is strange.

Oh, stop being coy. You're coming off pretty strongly as being sarcastic in pretty much every post you've made.

I'm really not. I even did a Google search about it and saw that I had the wrong meaning.

Yes. Because, as I've said a few times, I had a different understanding as to the meaning of the phrase.

Assuming you aren't being sarcastic here (it's often difficult to tell through text), fair enough.

Let's get back to the real issue: the fact that Tom Brady hates Mexicans.

Eh, he's the only candidate who wants to keep planned parenthood, keep social healthcare, tax the rich and not try to blow up everyone.

I'm not saying this as supporting trump, I'm saying this as an indictment on the Republican party that trump is not the worst candidate unless you're brown.

Unless your brown? So if you're not brown it's all good? Should the less brown people be up in arms too?

Really? I think someone's political views can easily warrant calling them scum. Like supporting a candidate who openly panders to dangerous racism and xenophobia.

That's what I'm saying, the fact that he's a terrible racist yet still isn't the worst candidate is gobsmackingly incredible to me. That the far right of the US has reached such a conclusion is an indictment on them.

That's not to say his racism is excused at all. That's is not what I was implying at all.

Tom "the cheat" Brady confirms hat is his. So no, no one tried to set him up.

Today, Michael McCann tweeted that Brady confirmed he does indeed own a Trump hat, and he even tossed in some compliments about the presidential candidate.

Tom Brady confirms @realDonaldTrump's "Make America Great America" hat was in his locker, says he's good friend & has done "amazing" things.

The QB wouldn't go as far as to say he was voting for his good friend.

Brady said he got the Trump hat through Robert Kraft. "Am I gonna vote for him? That's a good question. Honestly, he's a good friend."

Sounds like we need a third party!

A Donald Trump hat in his locker: "He sent it to me via RKK [Robert Kraft]. I’ve known him since 2002 when I judged one of his beauty pageants. Imagine that, I was a judge at a Miss USA pageant in 2002. So I’ve known him for a long time. He always gives me a call and different types of motivational speeches at different times. Now that he’s running for president, he sent me a hat and he gave it to RKK a couple weeks ago. It found its way into my locker."

Friendship with Trump: "He’s a good friend and we’ve had a lot of time on the golf course together over the years; probably not as much recently but when I was in my younger days when I would have more time that I could spend doing those types of things, before there were kids; we spent a lot of time golfing and so forth. I mean, it’s pretty amazing what he’s been able to accomplish as an entrepreneur -- a television star, and now running for political office. People who can do those types of things and transition into different arenas still have that type of appeal and carryover; he’s obviously appealing to a lot of people. He’s a helluva lot of fun to play golf with."

It seems like they are just friends.
